Hi everyone one
I'm a newbie i started doing the newbies routines for about 1 month and i just stopped because I have a disease since my childhood My hands and feet sweat heavily throughout the day This hinders me a lot, especially in the stretching i used baby powder and gloves but whitout results
So i diceded to order a lenghtmaster and use it for newbie stretching (it can be used for newbies stretching ??? )
Also i have read in some thread that i have to use a sleeve or ads after stretching , the problem is I don't have it can i replice it whith wrapping bandage ?
I also have a lot of questions but I do not want to prolong you

Wow that is some sweating going off.

In terms of LM yes this will help, can be used by all even newbies. For after stretching wrapping I a bandage state is fine as long as its supported your elongated length post training it's all good.

I have a question ! What is a bundled stretches ? How to do it ? How many time ? Do you recommend me to add it at my routine ?
 
If you want to add length I think bundled stretches are necessary to help loosen the tunica, without this I think length gains are harder to come by, so yes by all means add them to your routine before any other aspect of your workout

Good now i know how to do it
Just another question , i want to make gains on lenght and ghirth , is it smart to focus on lenght then girth
 
LM + proper wrapping = a whole new sensation n powerful traction pulls your inner penis out..

Hey i have i question
After a stretching workout a jelq for 20 minutes , it's good ? Or should i do them separately ? Right now im focusing in lenght and i jelq in a flacide state
 
Jelquing can help you out for girth,but I'd focus on one thing first lenght or girth

But if you have enough time you can do both
Girth n lenght,
Check the srt routine
 
Also for jelqing I'd go min 80 to 90% erect and not flacid
I saw that if you jelq 80% erect you will make gains in ghirth , and if you do it on flacide state the gains will be on lenghth ! If I'm wrong plz correct me
 
Never known that to be the case although happy to be told otherwise, I'd find it hard to do flacid and I'm not sure how much of a stretch you would get to make length gains
