7 days a week i do 1000 wet power-jelqs. Over a month's time i gained .5 inches in girth. I just started again andf already after a week i made a little over 1/8 gain in girth. I dont know what routine i should use for ;ength and i haven't been focusing whatsoever on it except for little stretches here and there. if i want to intensely gain length what is a simple length routine that works. right now i am 6x4 6/8

Personally, I think the V-stretch , especially if you hold a reverse kegel with it, is golden. My length routine is made up of that and various TOW exercises. If you don't know these stretches , just ask and someone will tell you. My log also details the Shaz-TOW.
I think the V-stretch is criminally underrated, but it DAMN hurts. So go easy.

first off....i'm JEALOUS AS HELL that you get your girth gains so easily lol. man..only if i had that problem.

well to gain length you don't have to do that much stretching at all. my most sucessful routine was just five minutes of stretches and a whole crap load of jelqus.


need any extra advice on length i'll be more than happy to answer any questions.

thanks to all. whats a V-stretch and i know a little about the TOW stretches but could someone go into a little detail on them. The one i tried is using one hand to hold the base of your penis and then with the other sort of pull and let your hand slide up the shaft. are there other variations etc etc...?

V-stretch - With one hand, grab just behind the glans and pull out straight, i.e at a 9:00 angle. Hold it pretty tight and with your other hand make the 'V' sign. Push the V down onto the middle of your out-stretched penis as hard as you dare. Hold for 10 seconds or something. Repeat until the pain makes your vision go blurry or you get a migraine. :D

Incidentally, if you're doing this every day, you can kiss your erections goodbye.

TOW (Tug-Of-War) - Grab the penis at the base with one hand and just behind the glans with the other. Pull your hands in opposite directions. Hold. You can make your own variations, just practice with what feels best. Experiment with kegals too.

no. all i do is while im about 80% erect i kegel until my penis is rock hard and then force all of the blood into my head and hold it there for 2 seconds.
im having a problem with this though. maybe i should post a new thread but, after about 200 jelqs im suddenly going limp and i have no idea why. before my penis wouldnt even think of going limp before i hit 1000.

Well, when I'm jelqing, sometimes I get hard after like 30 jelqs and sometimes i get limp.......I personally can't keep myself 80% erect when doing jelqs, I have to keep getting myself back to that 80% area.
