Ok, the deal is I am 0+ and read this book calles "Eat Right For your Type" I ate how I was supposed to for a week and all my pimples cleared up, it was great, the only thing was I lost a lot of size, casue I could not eat eggs, milk, and most porosseced carbs, like cereal and stuff, and other things I was eating to stay big. Now I jsut dont know what to do. Have pimples and be big, or have a clear face and be smaller? I am really stuck. Once I get to Hawaii I am hoping that all the sea water and sun will help with this, I heard it does, but do you guys have any ideas. The things that this book wants me to eat is

Breakfast

2 slices of toasted ezekiel bread with butter or organic almond butter
6 oz of veggie juice
banana
green tea or rasberry tea

Lunch

Organic Roast Beef, 6oz
Spinach Salad
Apple nad Pinapple
Water

Mid afternoon Snack
1 slcie of Quinoa Applesuace Cake
green tea or rasberry tea

Dinner
Lamb/Stew
Steamed Broccoli
Sweet Pottato
Mixed Fruit, blueberries, kiwi, grapes, peaces
Water or Tea

Now guys that is fucking hard to follow diet, and just not enough food for me, what the hell should I do. I cant have whey protien casue it says not to and makes me break out like a mother fucker. And lots of soy protien raises estrogen levels. What to do?

Keep in mind just cause you are O+ and do not have these problems, I am not trying to say you should do this, this is for me alone, I need some help. I am not trying to say that all O+ people have this problem, just me.

1. Eat more beef and meat. Type O's can really have as much Beef as they want since it is benificial. Get more calories/protein from the Beef and that will help maintain strength and size.

2. There are many sources of protein powders. I know you can't have whey, but what about Egg, pea, wheat, casien protein powders.

check it out. http://www.blackstarlabs.com/?cPath=21

3. Add more sweet potatoe at the meals. They are a great low gi carb that is on the O diet as you know.

I am glad the diet is working for you. I found out I was a type A, and I said fuck it! (type A is basically a vegetarian diet, gotta have my beefsteak!)

The world doesn't seem quite ready for this, but we should all be ideally vegetarians or vegans. It's much healthier and humanitarian.

Incorrect. Where do you get that?

Denying your body of much needed protein and nutrients doesn't seem very healthy to me, Mr. Vegetarian.

I could pretty much bet that Whey protien isn't bad for you and is most likely not the reason why you are breaking out. I've noticed that alot of thing's make you break out and I think you're just succeptable to it...

The best diet you could have is non-processed food's. You want a diet consisting mainly of meat such as chicken, turkey, steak, etc....raw/cooked vegetables such as brocalli, peas, lettuce, carrot's, etc.....and even dairy product's such as milk, egg's, etc...

Why is this the best diet to have? Because that is how you would eat if you lived in the "stone-age"/in the past with no fast-food joint's and pre-prepared/processed food's... This is the stuff your body was meant to consume...natural food's. And the most important thing to do is make sure you get plenty of water and that should help with your acne problem (along with cleaning your face/other with a good acne product...no pill's because they can decrease your testosterone level's and can be toxic)

As far as soy protien...don't eat anything that contain's soy...you only want whey protien (meat's, powder's such as isolate's), because soy can cause estrogen level increase and does not have the complete amino-acid "spectrum" for the human body.

Try it out and I'd bet that you won't be dissapointed!

If you really want a very good diet...then check out this link and get the book's: "maximum muscle...minimum fat", "The Warrior Diet" and "The Probiotic Solution" at www.dragondoor.com

These book's will give you everything you need to "customize" a specific diet for yourself that will enhance your life and even your job... They are very good!

Good Luck

Sliced Beef: I think supra is trying to stick with the "Eat right for your [blood] Type" book by D'adamo. Type O's should avoid dairy, which would involve whey.

However, the diet you described is basically my diet. I eat no processed shit.

Yea I have to stick to the "Eat right for your [blood] Type" book by D'adamo. Its the only thing that keeps me from breaken out, its just so freaken hard. I cant eat whey or dairy cause hte book says I cant, and whenever I start consuming dairy and whey I have breakout city.

Have you ever heard of an "omnivore"; yeah, it's what us humans and our ancesters are/were. We need meat!

Supra: How much water are you drinking on a daily basis?

If you down a ton of water every day that WILL decrease your acne. I'm talkin carry around a gallon a day and finish it off. After time it will also allow your body to stop storing any extra water that it was holding on to (when you don't drink enough your body is worried it might not get enough so it stores it) so your body will lean out! That's always a plus!

7am 1 cup oatmeal w/ 60g whey
10am 60g whey shake
12:30 60g tuna and 4 slices of bread with 1 TBS of mayo
3pm 60g whey shake
workout 5-6pm
postworkout shake 120g dextrose w/ 60g whey
2 hours after that eat 100g carbs (any source) and 60g protein

Lifts should be 3 second contraction, 3 second relaxation. Concentrate on good form, not weight.
All reps in 8-12 range. 4 sets per body part.

Really? Well now... A word of advice. Remember what happened to the cow? Look what we do to the cow.

Umm, Supra can't take whey protein, he breaks out from it, plus the book and diet he is currently following forbids whey from entering his diet, along with dairy products, if I am correct.

If this is the diet that you follow, I would like to inject a few of my own theories. Unless you weigh more than 200 pounds, that is a little too much protein. You want 1 maybe 1 1/2g of protein per body pound per day. In your diet, you have 300g of protein total. That is just a bit much, unless of course you weight 200 pounds. The workout is good advice, but to maximize muscle effort, try to take no more than 30-45 seconds between sets, and work out no more than 4 days a week. Thanks for sharing our advice though! This was in no way, shape or form, meant to be a diss toward you, just so you don't take it personally...

I'm sorry but that is a very, very misinformed statement...humans need meat, hence the reason we're omnivores and have incisor teeth. Otherwise we'd have nothing but molars. Besides, vegetarians usually have to take supplements to make up for the nutrients that they can't get without consuming meat....you're telling me that it's healthier to eat nothing but vegetables and be completely reliant on supplements than it is to simply eat a well balanced diet?

One more thing... when did this whole idea of basing your diet content off your blood type originate? This is the first I've heard of it...and frankly it sounds a little far fetched in my opinion. However, I don't claim to be the end-all-be-all of nutrition knowledge, so it could very well be correct... But it's definately foreign to me.

With this diet I gained 35lbs in 45 days.

Approx 27lbs of the 35 were lean. Start weight: 177, ended at a little less than 215.

Theres almost no such thing as too much protein LMAO but believe what you want.

That's not true, there is such thing as too much protein. Your body can only consume so much protein before the rest is merely passed through your digestive system and excreted out. Essentially, if you're buying a protein supplement and taking more protein then your body can handle, you're shitting your money down the toilet.

LOL shitting your money down the toilet! LMAO If you take too much protein, the excess can VERY quickly turn into fat, but if it works for you, then thats great!!! Its awesome to hear such a great increase in lean muscle in such a short time. Congrats on that!!! Do you take any other supplements, if you don't mind me asking?
