If you eat food that is good for you then that will give you energy. I take supplements sometimes, it is for something not related to dieting, they give me tons of energy because they are good for my body. If you skip breakfast, or eat something like donuts for breakfast, if you eat a poor lunch like hamburger and fries, and at dinner you eat just whatever, food without greens and grains, no water, or protein, your energy is going to be weak all the time and so is your emotional level. If you wake up and drink a big glass of water, eat a couple eggs and toast, you will already be fueled with tons of energy. At lunch eat a turkey sandwich on 7-grain bread and lite mayo and mustard. It tastes really really good and at dinner heat up a can of beans and grill some chicken or steak. Fill yourself up on water all day and tea. After a week you are going to feel so much better and the best part is it tastes really good and you will be happier too. Right now I have tuna I stirred with a hard-boiled egg in my bag and a banana on the side. It is so healthy and I keep thinking about eating it because it tastes so good but I don't want to eat it before I really feel starving or I will get too hungry later. Everyday I walk to the library which is 30minutes one way so I get no less than 1 hour walking a day and sometimes more up to 2 hours a day. I always have energy and I always feel good. I never feel tired and I only have depression because it is clinical not physically related but mental. It gets worse when I do not take care of myself and I feel great all the time. I have not even been feeling depressed just kind of frustrated sexually and that has nothing to do with this. Of course you can eat a burger and fries once in a while just don't make it a daily habit and you do great. You are supposed to have fat in your meal plan and it is important not to deny your body the foods you love often that is actually just as unhealthy.

Please don't eat wheat bread or grains containing Gluten. It acts as a psychotropic drug, and makes you crave more unhealthy wheaty-glutenous foods.

Ever feel really tired after eating a big bowl of pasta? Case in point.

If you want to eat truly healthy you will eliminate the immune response stimulating foods such as cows milk, wheat, industrialized produce (pestacide and larvacide containing food), stick to organic, and try to avoid Soy as well.

Eliminate desserts, fast food, soda, processed foods, etc.

Eliminate simple sugars, which cause insulin spikes and put stress on your pancreas, and drink plenty of water.

If you want to supplement with something that will help in both Penis Enlargement and energy levels, try Maca powder.

I have never head that before. I think pasta is made from starch like white bread, and that is filled with carbs....well whatever the case I feel its important to eat food that is not bad for you AND fun to eat. When it gets to complicated or not taste yummy people tend to ignore eating right.

Wow, good to have such experience on the forums!

How about those 5 hour energy drinks? They are supposed to have less sugar and give you a super boost of energy?

There are so many additives and chemicals in them, I just see them as more toxic than helpful. Basically, what gives you the energy is the caffeine, and your adrenals can become desensitized so such stimulants, after using caffeine over a long period of time your body needs more and more to have the same effect. It's like any other drug.

Last thing you want to do is bring adrenal failure onto yourself, that leads into a variety of other issues.

Yeah I gotta agree with you on this one.

How about a Pre workout drink?

I take a pre workout supplement called Jack 3D. You can purchase it at any GNC store.
It give me a lot more energy and I feel like I can push through sets a lot faster.
Tho, with this supplement it gives you a warm face and your arms tingle.

I have been reading on another product called C4 extreme. It also has been getting good reviews.

That stuff is the shit. Been using that for almost 8 weeks now.

I'll say it again, simple sugars, refined sugars, any artificial sweeteners induce a toxic effect on your body, which puts stress on your immune system, pancreas, and digestive track.

The Paleo/Primal approach to eating and exercise might do the trick. I know it really helped me in pretty much all areas health related. Check out robbwolf.com or marksdailyapple.com and you'll get all the info you need about it should you decide to give it a shot. Oh, and I totally agree with sizerp on the avoiding gluten-containing grains (actually, I would say ALL grains and legumes).

Hey Sizerp,
How about organic cow's milk?
What's ur opinion on that? I put it in my protein shakes for bodybuilding.
