Well, i know this forum for a mounth and i want to start doing pe but i dont know where exactly to start. I am 6" inches while erect and dont have any tool to use but my hands. What should start with?

Now since your penis has no conditioning, you should realize that you must start from the bottom and work your way to the more and more intense exercises. Before I tell you what routine you should follow and where you should start- I must tell you that gains come slowly and with time. It takes time, hard work and a ton of DEDICATION to succeed in Penis Enlargement (and this goes for any aspect of life as well). Do not set your hopes too high at the beginning. Set a goal of gaining an inch in a year or so and either be surprised and see that you have gained even more in that period of time or just see that your goal has been accurately achieved. But believe me, if you set your hopes to gain huge size in no time- you might fall into disappointment and all the motivation you have can easily collapse. Do not measure weekly! Measure once every month or so. Again- gains do not come overnight and you might be very disappointed. Know that there are lots of brothers that work really hard and do intense routines for months to see gains smaller than a half an inch. There will be months where you see gains and there will be months where you won’t see gains. I, in no way want to demotivate you, I want you to expect the worst and not have a broken heart and lost your motivation and dedication. Expect the worst, if you get more than you expected- GREAT! , if you get what you expected- GREAT! And now for the advice on where to start- start from the Newbie routine (as jakb told you) written by DLD himself. This routine will not only get your penis stretched in different angles to give you maximum starting gains and give you mastery over the mother of all girth exercises (I believe this is said to be the first Penis Enlargement exercise documented), which is a very effective exercise as well, but will also condition your penis so that you can move on to the more intense exercises and therefore get more and more gains without hitting a plateau. Do not risk doing more intense exercises until you are conditioned and have at least a few months of Penis Enlargement behind your back. They might be more effective and more intense, but if you damage your penis, you’d have to stop Penis Enlargementing for some time (depends on how severe you injured yourself). That being said- I believe this is all you should know for now :).

Oh I just wish I had more time than I do to contribute to the Brotherhood. I can say, when our building is finished, I will be much more effective at my growing responsibilities but I new this would be the case. Currently I am doing my charity work twice a day and I am now saying 3 masses a day, plus Matutinum, Laudes, Prima, Tertia, Sexta, Nona, Vespere and Completorium when I add in the Rosary I am praying 12 hours a day! Crazy but this is what I will be doing next year when the Church is finished so I want to be very much in practice. I spend all other time with the Brotherhood, here and try to get as much done as possible. I am not the type of teacher that gives a short response, it is important for me to give a well thought out answer to the deserving Brothers.

Once I am in one building with all studios and chapel complete I will be able to get so much more done quickly. Plus, once we are in the building I am leaving it open to any Brother who wants to visit. I hope to have updated pictures soon of the project, it is really coming along.

Oh I just wish I had more time than I do to contribute to the Brotherhood. I can say, when our building is finished, I will be much more effective at my growing responsibilities but I new this would be the case. Currently I am doing my charity work twice a day and I am now saying 3 masses a day, plus Matutinum, Laudes, Prima, Tertia, Sexta, Nona, Vespere and Completorium when I add in the Rosary I am praying 12 hours a day! Great to hear that the doors will be open. I would really like to pay a visit to this holy place! :)

You pray for 12 hours a day...! Wow, that is a lot! You are the most religious and dedicated man I know. It takes a lot of patience to do all you do. I am looking forward to the day when the building is finished and all your ideas are realized :)

I am atheist. Is that a problem to Penis Enlargement? Haha

By the way thanks for the reply, it was really helpful and i have another question, can anyone go from 6" to 8"? I mean, is it posible in like a year or i cant wait that even if i do the exercices for my lifetime?

Going from 6 to 8 is very achievable. DLD went from 6.5 to 10.5+ so I see no reason why it wouldn't be possible for you. (you have to work your ass of though :)). In a year- I doubt that, I don't want to ruin your motivation, but I would say around 2 years :).

Yes, I made 2" of length happen inside of 6 months and in that same time about a half inch of girth. This was accomplished through what is now Phase 1 through 5 on the Matters of Size Members Site but I believe it can be done even faster, now with SRT. SRT is the embodiment of not only all the Phases but all the work and research since the Phases. The SRT Routine is guaranteed to give you the maximum size possible in the time period you have but be prepared to WORK. The words that come to mind when I think of the Brothers who are on the SRT Routine are Courageous, Dedicated, Hard Working, Tenacious and most of all COMMITTED to the Manifestation of their goals.

To do the SRT routine i need the equipment, right? Like a extensor annd stuff like that. I live in brazil and here the penis enlargement is like a mith, all the doctors say that it is impossible and the equipment is hard to find here.

I started the dld first routine yesterday and it was good, sometimes i get full erect while doing the exercices but i think that i will be able to control it better in some time. I have another question about the warm up and warm down as mentioned in the post, i understood that the warm up can be done with a hot towel but how do i warm down? And is there a tip to control the kegel muscle? Because i just cant hold the muscle for more than 3 seconds and the routine askes for 5 seconds 50 times, can it be done while erect?

And you made 2" only with the first routine exercices? Without any other tool or medicine? Sorry, i'm amazed with it, i want to do it exactly as you did so i can have a good results.

The SRT is more of a principle than a routine (the "T"in the end goes for Theory :)). Which means that once you know how the principle works, you can apply it to any routine.

Yes and no. It would be a great bonus to have an amazing extender such as the SG, but it is not necessary. Listen, devices are not so important (ok,ok, they are, but the only thing they do is just speed up your progress, that being said- you should already know that you can make the same gains with no equipment (but more slowly)). And something you should keep in mind- where I'm from- people think that Penis Enlargement is BS as well. And in fact, where everyone is from, people think Penis Enlargement is BS. But you know what, do you know what differs us from them? What differs us form them is that we stand up and fight for our dreams and desires, and we realize that if we were to judge on whether Penis Enlargement works or not, we would lose time equal to the one where we could have actually achieved what we wanted and what we dreamt for! (damn that complicated sentece confused me as well LMAO)

Now this just SCREAMS that your PC muscle is in a very bad condition and you should definitely work on it. Do as much as you can (but make sure to put effort into it). And yes, it can be done while you are erect. By the way, do you know how to kegel?

Now I am not DLD, but I know that we are all different and every dick is different as well. One may grow fromone, while other may grow from someting else. Being that Penis Enlargement genius DLD is, I think he used his knowledge and actually applied it. (this is why the best advice I can give to anyone is to just stay around the site and read everything theycan! Because here we have A LOT of information and the only thing it waits is you to read it :))
