I`ve been Penis Enlargementing for about 4 months so i`m not a begginer..
I just need a tunica stretch because this is what my routine is missing.

WELCOME MadeNigga, TUNICA stretches fall into the category of any stretch that is above your loss of tug back. Loss of tug back is found by taking your flaccid penis, stretching it straight down and flexing your PC muscle. Starting at the straight down position, or 6:00 and moving up in hourly increments (ie 7:00, 8:00, 9:00{midpoint}, 10:00, 11:00, 12:00{straight up}) flexing g your PC muscle at each interval. When you no longer have a visual of your penis tugging back, this is your Loss of Tug back or LOT. Now, according to the LOT Theory, any stretch you do at or above this level will be a TUNICA stretch while anything below this level is considered LIG stretch . Sort of complicated so I have broken it down into a simple explanation for you. Stretch up towards your chin for TUNICA, stretch down towards your feet for LIG.

I thought that the LOT angle was the erection angle, but now I understand..

Made_Nigga, Sometimes simplicity is lost in the translation:) I like to have a higher understanding of theory but I prefer simplicity when applying it.

well my LOT seems to be at 7 o`clock... I knew it went down and this is why I needed now to find out about tunica stretching ...
and yes, simple stuff is way better... :)
