Hey fellas, thanks in advance for any responses I get to this. Been doing PE about 3 months now and have some decent gains, no numbers really but me and my wife can notice a difference. Anyway, I am happily married and my wife is fine how I am, but of course I personally want to be bigger so I can maybe give her a little something extra, ha. Anyway, being a dad of 3 with a full time job leaves me very little time to workout, much less do PE. Anyway, I have been wining it using different routine I come across on the internet but I usually can't finish them because of time restraints. Can anyone recommend me a good routine to do that would take around 15 minutes to complete? Is it even worth it that short of a time? Just so you guys know, I also own a bathmate hercules, if you think that would be helpful in my routine. Any help from more experienced PE'rs would be much appreciated.

Hi Dustin,
You can get a good stretching workout in 15 minutes and use your bathmate when you shower or bathe. Also the __________ stretch is a very good exercise to do if you do not have a lot of time: http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/..._________-stretch-as-named-by-blue-whale.html. The key is to keep moving quickly from one exercise to the next while still using good intensity. You can also do stretches throughout the day when you go to the restroom.(Piss Pulls)

to be honest, you are not gonna get decent length and girth work done with only 15 minutes per day. im sure you can find the time to stretch that a bit. if you want a very quick routine this is what i would do:

3x 30second bathmate stretches, up, down, straight, left, right
3x4 minute bathmate sets, with 1-2 minutes ssj between.


this should take about half an hour, while yo are in the bath or shower so two birds with one stone

Thanks a lot to both of you for the replies. Rereading my post I see i forgot to mention I am looking for a strictly girth routine. Not that I wouldn't like length as well, but I am a little above average in that department(not by much) but pretty run of the mill in girth. So this may help me find a better routine for just 15 mins that specializes in just that one thing. Any length I just so happen to gain will just be extra. Thanks again.

Thanks for the response, actually I am looking for more of a girth routine anyway. This looks pretty solid, I will give it a shot.
 
Use the Newbie Routine but cut back on each set to reduce the time and incorporate the BathMate into the jelqing portion of the routine. Here is a sample:

DLD's NEWBIE ROUTINE

Basic Stretching: 1 Sets of each stretch below
Behind The Cheeks to the Left: 30-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Center: 30-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Right: 30-seconds

Straight Down to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Down Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Out Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

Straight Up to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Up Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

Basic Jelqing and BathMate

For First 2 weeks - 300 2 Second Jelqs
5 Minutes in the BathMate
5 Minutes Jelqing and repeat.

After Jelq: Warm Down

PC Muscle Fitness

100 quick Kegel squeezes

50 of the following:
Squeeze your PC muscle as hard as you can, hold for 5 seconds then slowly release for 2 seconds. When you have finished the 50 your PC muscle will be screaming. This is a good sign. Now to finish the exercise start squeezing and hold for 1 minute, if you get tired squeeze harder until the minute is complete.
 
unfortunately dld i dont think he has enough time to do all of that, and he isnt looking for girth.

@pathosis, what would be better then is just the girth work in the bathmate that i outlined, and instead of the bm stretches, do either some mini supra slammers, ulis or jelqs, for about ten minutes. see how it goes with that setup

Actually I AM looking for girth. I'm ok with my length. Thanks for the responses everyone.

With only girth wanted I would go with the 5x5x3 routine using the BathMate, this will bring extremely fast results in only 30 minutes a day. The routine is located in the SRT Thread.

Thanks a lot for the routine. I have a quick question, when you do five minutes of SSJ's do You break them up in sets? Like 30 secs, then a small rest, then repeat till 5 minutes? Or do you do the full intensity squash for 5 minutes straight?

I go for a solid 5 minutes but will take a break if hands start to cramp but this usually does not happen.

Hey, sorry for such a late response, but I have been doing this exercise as often as I can. I cant go the full sets yet because its a bit extreme for me, but I am building it up. I do have a quick question about the proper technique for the exercise though. When you push down, age you pushing directly straight back on the head of your penis or pushing down and actually bending your penis? I watched a few videos on how to do the SSJ and one guy pushed straight down, which doesn't bend at all, and another did the bend. Which is better?

Use a combination of both and also include any other function you feel will make it more beneficial. Once the hand is clamped at the base you are free to manipulate the exercise in many ways. I like to use a slinky type squeeze, pushing all the upper girth down against the lower hand and using slight rotations as I am compressing. I also like to arch slightly, similar to erect bends, to expand the outer walls of the penis. The most important thing with the SSJ is getting as much blood in and trapping it there with your lower hand, once this is done you can do a variety of squeezes.
