First of all, here is my routine which I'm doing daily. I wear the SG for 4 hours daily at very high tension and then I use my LengthMaster for 30mins X 2 which is a total of 1 hour LengthMaster session, I do mainly bundled stretches downward. I don't do any manual exercises, I don't warm up or warm down before a session or after a session. And before wearing the SG, I don't do any manual stretches at all, I just shuttle from the SG to the Ace bandage and back to the SG again until my SG session is completed. I start my day with a shower followed by 30mins bundled stretches with my LengthMaster and I also end my PE sessions with another 30mins bundled stretches with my LengthMaster when I'm done with my 4 hours SG session.
My question is, since I'm not doing any manual exercises before waering the SG or warming up and warming down, will those affect my gains? Will they make gains slow down? I don't think so but I'm just asking you guys to know what you think about this.
