First of all, here is my routine which I'm doing daily. I wear the SG for 4 hours daily at very high tension and then I use my LengthMaster for 30mins X 2 which is a total of 1 hour LengthMaster session, I do mainly bundled stretches downward. I don't do any manual exercises, I don't warm up or warm down before a session or after a session. And before wearing the SG, I don't do any manual stretches at all, I just shuttle from the SG to the Ace bandage and back to the SG again until my SG session is completed. I start my day with a shower followed by 30mins bundled stretches with my LengthMaster and I also end my PE sessions with another 30mins bundled stretches with my LengthMaster when I'm done with my 4 hours SG session.

My question is, since I'm not doing any manual exercises before waering the SG or warming up and warming down, will those affect my gains? Will they make gains slow down? I don't think so but I'm just asking you guys to know what you think about this.

Not at all and, in actuality, you are warming up by taking that shower. Since so much continuous work is being done you are in a state of being "warmed up" through the whole day. I never did warm ups in the traditional sense either, my warmups have always been light stretching or pumping for a couple minutes and obviously this has not hurt my gains.
 
As dld said,light streches,or you could try a penis massage,i think it works too..massage your penis for a few minutes and you should be ready to go.

If I massage I get an erection right away.

Then in this case do some light erect pulls and light jelqing to get the blood flowing, a good warm up.
 
I find a hot shower to be more than enough to suffice. I don't really care about warming up unless I'm doing girth or intense stretching.
 
After warm down some pumping should always be done to have more blood flow.
 
I'm only training for length now so I don't think I need to pump.

after warm down just pump 4 to five time to get the blood flow back.
 
After training girth I like to do deep tissue massage as a warm down, I think it helps in healing.
 
Russians PE programme says little pumping after warm down . I read the article twice and found some logic to it.
 
Since I'm not training girth at the moment I won't bother myself with warming down after my length sessions for the day. But I've now deemed it a must for me to take a hot shower in the morning before starting my length workouts for the day.

Thats a warm up that saves time! A hot shower is a perfect way to get a session going.

And very relaxing,putting your dick under hot water for 10 minutes feels so good !
 
That's my warm up. Taking a hot shower and getting myself erect twice. Makes everything more malleable. If not, I just go easy my first 2 sets and go up from there. My length is fine for now. I'm only doing girth so I know I'll gain some length length to. I'm almost maxing my X30, length and girth, so I have the X40 waiting on the bench lol. "Put me in coach, I'm ready" is what I keep hearing hahaha
