Ive been peing for about 11 months now and gained about .5 to .8 in erect length which is pretty weak but i havent been vert consistant in my pe career

I recently started stretching with my foreskin back because im uncut obviously and the skin on my shaft looked really stretched, it looked like my cock was about 40 years old and im only 18 so i didnt want it to get any worse

So when i used to stretch i used to get a burning feeling and sometimes a stinging feeling near my frenulum and i used to think this was from getting a good stretch but recently thought the pain was just from the skin stretching? Or maybe its a bit of both? fuck knows

When i stretch with my foreskin back i dont feel any pain at all which makes me feel im not getting a good stretch or maybe its just normal to not feel any pain when stretching

The only time i feel pain when stretching is when im doing squatting stretches with my ok grip near the base, are these stretches good? Are you pulling internal penis out from stretching the base? Is the pain from skin stretching or is it because of the ligs?

Can anyone shed some light on the other things i stated? I really want some good length gains once and for all

Its got to be done mate, or youre going to be stretching skin with you efforts. Which just aint right, and will also contribute to changing the wrinkles, feel and look of your foreskin anyway!!!
Do you masturbate? Do you have sex? Would you have a lot of sex if you could get it? Because these will all make your foreskin look fairly "experienced" - just the same as Penis Enlargement'ing will do. Pain is NOT a good thing. Pain is NOT an indicator that good things are happening. A lot of people, myself included dont feel very much and rarely feel sore. Everyones different. If you are pulling on skin however, i would imagine you are going to get a whole load of sensations (pain/discomfort) that will distract you from "feeling" the exercise well and maintaining good form.

I would say take your foreskin back and then you need to relearn how to stretch. You should find over the course of a week or two or proper stretching you will start to get a gut instinct for how hard you can stretch and you will start to apply more force in a safe manner. This is something that can only be done with practice and experience, which if i understand you, you havent got yet (without foreskin in the way). Increasing how hard you pull on your cock will soon make you feel you are working it well :)

I would say a constant pain when you stretch is a bad sign, and an indicator its time to re-evaluate, as you are doing now. Squatting stretches are fine, as always keep your grip slightly behind your head though :)
 
Grip about a half inch behind the head, placing as much of the pressure as possible on the sides and not the top. This is the standard, common way of stretching:)
 
I hang weights and have noted several different sensations. A burning sensation usually means your stressing the skin, if your stressing the skin your probably not doing too much to the underlying ligs since the pain will likely cause you to hold back. Your simply grabbing too much skin. I take the shaft just behind the glans in one hand and stretch out the skin, then grab the shaft about a quarter to a half inch behind the glans with the other hand and begin your stretch.

A sharp sudden sting that quickly goes away is probably a lig pop (which is usually a good thing as long as it's only momentary) if it persists you may need to take a day or two off since your probably overworking it.

A dull ache following a workout or even the next day is a good sign. It results from fatigue in the ligaments. It means that you are getting a very effective workout and is the whole reason your putting yourself through this. It should be noted however that different people perceive pain in different ways. Don't be too macho or you may end up hurting yourself. On the other hand if your too sensitive to pain you'll never acheive results.

From what you say a .5-.8 gain is pretty respectable. Especially if you have only been doing manual streches. But here's the point; the fact that you have made gains suggests that your doing things right. If you haven't experienced any problems with getting erect then your doing just fine. Compare notes with other people, but ultimately you have to pay attention to what your body says to you about the excercises your doing. Pain is bad, but then pain is also relative so you need to judge for yourself how far is too far. For example, if you cut yourself you know that you have to clean out the wound before dressing it, but you also know that cleaning out the wound is going to result in a certain amount of pain. So do you clean out the wound or not?

The same can be said for Penis Enlargement. For Penis Enlargement to work you have to fatigue and break down the ligaments, tunica and corpus cavernosa for starters. This "damage" is done so that in the process of repairing the micro tears to these structures you will be making them stronger and increasing their volume. The key is to do micro damage, not injury to these structures. So keep working at it, gains come with time and effort, you seem to be doing fine.
