So me and my girlfriend just started having sex at the beginning of August and whenever we would have sex I would last anywhere from 30 minutes to 90 minutes, and with head I could last about 45 minutes. But as of about 3 weeks ago I literally haven't been able to hold it in!!! I cum within about like 2-5 minutes and once I came like right away and I don't get it!! I used to be able to go on for 90 minutes!

Someone please help me find a way to last longer, and if someone has an idea as to why this might be happening and could tell me that would be great! Thanks my brothers!!

Happens. Just that you became relaxed and let go of things in your head that kept you holding back. I went through the same thing. Work on your kegels and pelvic floor muscles. When having sex, feel how your body is reacting and how it's different than before. I lost my holding ability because I quit jelqing and kegeling after I got in my relationship. It took me years though. That mind and penis connection is what helped me to control and love how everything felt. Don't rush through sex either, like you think someone is gonna come in any minute. Relax. Go through whatever is different at all, anything minimal can be something big. You know.

Alright I see. I tried not thinking about it yesterday and still came in literally like 2 minutes which really pisses me off cause I used to be able to last for so long and all of a sudden I can't last long at all

I'm gonna start doing kegels way more and try to change my mind set when it comes to sex and hopefully that helps!!!

I'm having the same problem. When first starting I used to make her come 3 times in a single sex session. We've been having sex for 5 months now and it started happening at the 3rd month. I think it is two things... First being when you first have sex with a girl you got a lot to prove and you give it all you got. The second and maybe more accurate reason would be, at least for me, being single a while before my new girl... I would jerk off a lot, edging without realizing it. Now I don't jerk off because of sex on demand.

That being said... I've been doing lots of kegels and taking zinc supplements. I'm starting to improve. Just bought Titan Pills and my girl has been gone for a month on vacation so I will see how it goes when she returns.
