Well, it does not apply to Penis Enlargement. Yes, you can overtrain it. Most guys should be able to judge when they need a break. However, when working for length your objective SHOULD be to get the ligs/tunicae to a point of fatigue and keep them fatigued for as long as possible. I have been pe'ing about a month and a half now, and haven't missed a day, but after last night I think I might need a little break. Yesterday morning, I had a pretty intense and long session of jelqs and constrictors. I wasn't really sore or anything, but I went to my girlfriend's last night, and I had a little trouble getting things going if you know what I mean. Luckily, she didn't get frustrated or anything, she just took her time and did what it took and things worked out just fine, but each time (we did it 3 times), it was a little more difficult to get going again.
It all worked out just fine, in fact, it was probably one of the best sessions we've had despite being a little slow out of the gate - haha. But I'm thinking my dick might need a little break ...
With girth work you sometimes need a break. I've always had morning wood since I was 12 years old, and I have a ROP, so it's always constant. When I started not having morning wood was when I was like whoa, somethine ain't right, it's time to rest. He was beat up and pretty bad at that. SWM is right though, when stretching it is very important to maintain fatigue levels, because of the strength of the fibrous tissues of the penis. If they are constantly fatigued they become more pliable and more easily changed. HOLLA
I think this week I have finally hit lig fatigue. I'm doing a more intense variation on DLD's Phase I stretches and my ligs are constantly sore -- like 24 hours a day sore. When I start my daily stretching routine that first stretch ...man, can I feel the soreness.
It's come to the point where I'm not satisfied with my stretching routine unless it is followed by constantly sore ligs.
I definitely plan on training through this fatigue as it sounds this is where reputable gains can generate from.
