I think it's best to think about the gains that you have made and the potential for gains that you have when you get down. This can be very difficult to do though because the mind has a way of getting into patterns. So if you get into negative thought patterns i.e thinking that you are small and that the situation is hopeless then you mind will return to these thoughts more regularly and easily as they become ingrained in your subconscious (vicious circle).
The way to beat it in my opinion is to use single pointed meditation. The idea being that you focus on yourself the way that you are now and try to maintain a feeling of acceptance and relaxation. Or if your negative thoughts are entirely about your penis then totally focus on your penis and try to maintain a feeling that you are pleased with it. If you are practising dedicated Penis Enlargement then you can also focus on the fact that you will make it perfect over time.
About 6 months ago, when I was feeling frustrated over a long period of time, I used this technique for one month, ten minutes a day and I felt totally different after. I haven't felt the same since and I think that the reason is that it inserts a positive circle of thoughts in your mind in relation to your penis. It also helped me to Penis Enlargement as it became a much more positive experience. I also did 6 second breathing (3 in, 3 out). This helps to relax you so even if you just do the breathing whilst thinking about your penis you will gain a more positive and relaxed feeling about it.
