I've been doing these the last couple days and like them too. I spend a few hours total on the computer most days anyway. What better way to multi-task? My ligs have been mildly sore too...similar to BTC hanging. Nice!

At least not in the near future. I think these stretches really have potential.

So you hangers gonna throw those weights away or maybe start using them for what they are supposed to be used lol. Glad to hear those stretches doing a good job. I am gonna have to wait a little to start doing them because I am now in the Phase1. Gonna have to wait for the Phase 2. Then I am gonna stretch that snake really well.

IM not throwing any weights away!! I love my baby bib!! I got hanging brusing which turned into discoloration, I need to shake it befroe I can hang again, lazy's are the next best thing

I thought you wore the TLC Tugger for stretching. Doesn't that do the same thing as the lazy-ass-stretch, with the added benefit of being able to walk around and no circulation concerns?

I wear the TLC During the day while I lift and go about my day, when I sit here and post I sit on my dick
 
One thing I can tell you is that now that these are getting so much publicity I do them 10 times as much as I was doing them.

i am a new jack to the game...but i still do the las....i work on a computer for 8 hrs straight....i really have nothing better to do...but since i am young in the pe game...i don't over do it....i probably do it for 1-2 hrs...resting resting every ten minutes....hope they benefit me & if they don't hey i just sat on my dick for a couple of hrs...no big deal...holla at the kid
 
i just started them....i'll post my stats when i make my progress thread...i just figured they couldn't hurt
