Questions: First, as you may know, I am primarily using an extender for long periods (4+ hours per day) as the core of my program. I was curious if it's okay to start jelqing like I have been... all that stretching definitely fatigues the penis and I don't want to overdo it. Currently I'm doing 300 wet jelqs, 1 second each, alternating hands with light to medium pressure-nothing that is uncomfortable in the least.

As long as you get your extending in first and then do girth you will be fine. It is difficult to get a good stretch after girth is expanded.

Second: So can I just start jelqing every day (7 or 5-2) like normal or do I need to modify this due to the 7 day on, 0 days off extender usage?

No need for time off unless you are experiencing fatigue. I never took days off, I felt it was wasting time I could have been gaining.

I got another question on wet jelqing.

So I've noticed a slight lean in my penis to the left. This is new. I've always been proud to have a very straight, centered penis and many women have commented on it. So I'd prefer not to change that part of my penis with curves or askew angles.

I'm thinking this might be the result of my extender usage last month when I was strapping it to my left leg... does this seem logical? Or is it something I'm doing wrong with jelqing?

Either way, I'm betting I can correct it, it's very subtle. But I don't want a similar problem to arise from jelqing. How can I avoid baseball bat dick or just asymmetrical problems in general from jelqing and other manual girth work?

That would more than likely be because of your extender usage from that angle. Simply favor the other side for the next month and the ligs will even out.

I noted this wasn't answered. My best advice to this is try to jelq after/before the area where this problem starts and to prevent it, use good technique. Sometimes we dont know it but when we jelq the hands favor certain sides, more speed in one area then another etc. It has to be fair and all the way from base to underneath the penis glans (head).

I noticed someone mentioned dry jelqing now I know how to do this but what difference is there in gains is this more for length or girth also is it a faster or slower way or getting results? And last should I do the same work out as DLD made for wet Jelqing? Thanks guys.

Wet jelqing and dry jelqing will perform about the same but dry jelqing brings much less discoloration. You can simply replace wet jelqing for dry in the routine.

When I jelq, since I have peyronie's, the plaque plate that is just beneath my circumcision line, gets sore and tender and if I do it for more than 20 jelqs in a row jelqing away from the curve, then it starts to be painful. Is there something else I can do for length and girth? I already use the SG but don't have the Bathmate yet. I can do any exercise that doesn't involve jelqing over that plaque plate which seems to be getting a little thicker lately.

Or should I just jelq it anyway and ignore the pain since I already know that it's a piece of thick plaque and not cancer or the like?
If surgery was covered by Medical, I would just have the plaque removed and continue with Penis Enlargement after the healing process.

Any Suggestions?
Thanks.

Ive been doing wet jelqs for around 5 weeks now and sometimes I find i get red spots on the shaft and head. I use Vaseline and will warm up in the bath (or sometimes with a hot water bottle if I'm not in the bath).

Am I squeezing too hard? If i am, its because I feel I'm not dragging enough blood up to the head - is this because I'm not erect enough?

Red spots are normal and nothing to fear. Try using another lube other then Vaseline because its harsh when jelqing.

For a second I thought you were responding to yourself:)

Hey there I was wondering if someone in this thread can answer a question for me about jelqing. I am un-cut and I have a vert prominent foreskin. It over hangs my head about 1 inch when flaccid and still completely covers the head when erect. The issue is when I jelq I am pulling a lot on my skin because I have so much of it, should I be holding my skin back at the base of my penis with the hand I am not jelqing with on that stroke? Or is pulling forward on my skin like that ok? The reason I ask is that I don't want to stretch my foreskin out any further than it already is by pulling on it while jelqing but it does add quite a lot of work to my jelq session to have to constantly switch back and forth to holding back the skin. Any insight would be great.

I just replied in another thread...Switch to the SLow Squash Jelq.

Hi guys,

I've been using the SG extender for the past few months and have begun to add in some girth excercises. I've been doing jelqs mixed in with some SSJs every couple minutes for ~30min sessions. I use a baby oil with vitamin e and aloe (hoping it'll make everything nice and smooth as well) as lube. My skin has gotten fairly loose from using the extender and plenty of stretching and when I jelq I noticed I end up sliding some skin up to the glands as well. I'm wondering if theres an issue with my technique or if this is normal as it is not my goal to restore my foreskin. Any help would be appreciated.

Also.... a bit off topic but while I'm posting I might as well ask. When performing my SSJs I end up actually squashing my penis, that is to say I lose my erection after awhile but everything's still engorged. I suspect this too is normal and I'll be able to perform them for longer as I gain more experience (been sticking to ~30s to start).
