Sup boys,

i'm new here and i want to start with a routine.

however i'm a little skeptical, and a little cautiouse at the same time. aren't these things dangerous for your fatty? the erectile tissues can be damaged easily, correct?

is it like lifting weights, where you need to have a split, e.g. monday, wednesday and friday are your workout days and the rest you have off, etc.

just explain everything to me, lemme know wat dis is about and all.

my current length is about 6 and three quarter inches long and about 2 inches thick when erect.

don't know about limp state.

hey long dong...welcome to MOS......if you do the exercises right ..and not try to do advanced exercises too soon then you will be ok ...i know it sounds dangerous ...to pull and twist your penis ....but if you use your head and not go to extremes with the amount of force ....you will be ok doing Penis Enlargement...now i made a starter routine for another guy here ....here is the link to that thread .....do these for a week or 2 and then you can start building on to your routine ...
