I can see a mark where possibly a clamp could have been placed but its hard to tell. Wouldn't surprise me and I'm pretty confident Shane Diesel has clamped in his time and funnily enough obtained bigger 'ribs' on his penis since I started talking about the whole thing openly several years back in these forums! Remember not to discount these guys on their BP measurements. Although the women are measuring wrong this does not mean these guys are small, with a good BP measurement they are pretty huge.
