Dear All, I am using extender.... I was reading online and somewhere it says don't use pump while using extender and doing P.E. as it is special for people who have problems with erections... I don't think I have any problem with that. I just need to increase the length and girth. Is it beneficial and do you guys suggest I use pump, If yes how.. I have a booster pump.. It looks like an ordinary pump came with three sizes of cover and one ring...

If you guys suggest I should use. Please do let me know how to use it.
 
I would avoid air pumping and go Bath Matethat uses water, it is much safer and brings much better gains in tissue compared to water retention. You can pump while using an extender, there is no issues there at all. If you become fatigued simply adjust the timing of your training.

I started with a 20 bucks vacuum pump and quickly added a Bathmate Goliath. The reason for the Bathmate is that I wanted to pump in the morning before my day starts. In the morning I don't like normal vacuum pumps because it hurts more and therefore only makes sense to me when I have more time and focus. With time I avoided the normal vacuum pump but now I am really digging it. Don't know why but something has changed. After pumping my sensitivity is very high. It is difficult to avoid an orgasm after pumping. Of course I love the Bathmate but I like to have a second pump to use it during entertainment. Most Bathmates work with water which makes it difficult to use on the couch. Also I experimented a bit with pumping before hanging. It seems to work very good because the penis is larger and the clamp has better grip.
 
Pumping is an excellent method to gain girth and lenght. But, alas, most guys don't know how to pump and then they quit pretty soon. ?:( - I pity the fool

I argue that all those dudes who use Bathmate Goliath or tubes with huge diameter don't gain a shit. Pulse pumping (pressure up-down periodically) is the only way to gain, and in order to actually do pulse pumping you need to have right diameter tube and a doughnut-like seal, and if possible add some hot water inside the tube before exercise.

Well I don't know exactly about Air Pumping..... as I have the pump but never used it.... as soon as I got it, I asked for it and sincerely two of very reliable sources one of them is DLD has told me avoid use of air pumping... And I agree to always follow professionals advise in case to run in any kind of mishap....

This is possible with the BathMate as far as tube size goes as they carry 4 sizes and one will accommodate all. I always suggest a size up from the size recommended if you are close to maxing that size out, this will save money going from one pump to the next. Adding the wine-vac will also save money by not having to go with the Xtreme version.

'pulse-pumping', I kinda like that better than the term I've been using for this exercise (dynamic pumping)...whatever we decide to call it, I can definitely recommend this method to get the very most out of your pumping sessions. Having the VV mod makes this quick/simple work

Thanks for that clarification, I was a bit off on this.
 
I worry about getting that donut dick looking thing from pumping. Does that go away? I just worry pumping will make it look deformed.

If you follow the 5X3X5 protocol, you can minimize your fluid retention, but (depending upon intensity) the donut affect will definitely happen. Mine goes back to 'quisi-normal' in a few hours and it's all but gone by the next day.

The 5x5x3 is found in the SRT routine Stillaverage.

I'm guessing you might have fallen off your routine due to stress of the extender. There is a device called Length master, it is better and addictive than any other PE device out there. Get the length master for length, you will never regret it.

I feel that pumping is only part of the PE journey. It takes time, dedication and persistence. Along with pumping comes many other devices and a myriad of different exercises. Soo hang in there, stay the course and make it a life time devotion; it pays dividends in the long run.

You think there is something different between wet and dry pumping? For me, the only difference I have noticed is that, I'm getting very intense pressure from my mityvac when pumping dry.
