I just bought an extender and am wondering how are you supposed to use an extender, do you stretch past your erect length? And if so past bone pressed erect or non bone pressed erect? Any other information would be appreciated thanks.
 
Measure your bone pressed flaccid stretch and set it too a little less. You should be able to add tension with the springs once it's on. The idea is more about being able to use it for many hours a day rather than tugging with great force. Check out the diy Velcro mod and be mindful of your circulation. Any pain, numbness or tingling means it's time for a break.
