Hey Brotherhood,

I was looking through other threads and never quite found the answer, so hopefully someone can help.

I just got my LM today and the issue I am having is wrapping. I have some excess skin (I am circumcised) but still some loose skin from FR.

I have tried ACE bandage and theraband but when I attach the LM that excess skin rolls forward over the glans. It kind of feels like I can't get the LM tight enough to prevent the skin from rolling forward.

Even at its tightest I feel like I could pull the LM and wrap off if I really tried.

I have considered sports pre-wrap like I have seen done, but does anyone else have this issue?

And does anyone have any suggestions to stop it from happening?

This video is fantastic! Thank you. I'm going down to get some pre-wrap and a self adhesive bandage now and will give it a go in the morning.

I also asked this question on the other thread with the video, but what is your resistance band connected to?

I do have a question for you though. Is there any problem if the skin does get rolled up over the glans a little bit? I mean will it stretch more skin or something not as productive?
I still feel absolute FIRE in my ligs but is it counter productive to have that skin roll up?

a little bit of skin will roll up on me on occasion. it's very little. i usually know when it happens b/c as i use higher intensities it will be slightly uncomfortable but doesn't stop me b/c i cant be stopped lol
 
I don't get any skin overlap but I'm suing a homemade LM and I usually attach it very high, maybe 0.25 behind the coronal ridge and after the first 30secs of streching the LM gets up the shaft and rests on the glans.

So, try attaching the LM higher on the shaft and use more ace bandage to fill the gaps in the chabger as that could be a problem too.

haha yes I like that theory! No Pain, No gain.. right? It's not a terrible pain, like you say, just a slight discomfort which quickly gets pushed out when I know it will get me bigger

right. and most of the time it i get no overlapping like at this very moment i am getting no over overlapping while doing bundled stretching to the left side using resistant bands.

It may feel counterproductive at first but the skin will stretch quickly to accommodate this and the stretch will eventually go to the ligaments. If the skin feels like it is tight, in any situation, it means the skin needs to be stretched to accommodate the larger size. I still spend a lot of time stretching skin to help with different stretches. I am actually working on a new exercise to lengthen the shaft and it is extremely intense but I noticed that in order for this new stretch to work for me I would need to further stretch the skin.

DLD...would you say tight skin could slow down gains???

Of course, if the skin is too tight it will not allow for elongation and expansion. Stretching the skin is an important part of gaining. What I do is hold the base skin in place so it can not move and using the other hand I stretch the skin along the shaft over the head and use as much intensity as possible. This way it is shaft skin stretching and not contributing to Turkey Neck.

makes a lot of sense. this is something i dont think has been mentioned in here enough. when someone mentions a PE program they never mention skin stretching. i am wondering how much skin tightness may be a factor for hard gainers. i cant think of one time i ever heard someone say they were doing skin stretching.

Is skin stretching a part of the newbie routine? i just glanced through and didn't see it as you described above. i think this would be very good for you do add into that thread since you were doing it.

I was going to make a thread on the skin stretching subject. You are right, it has not been discussed enough and really should be. Hopefully I can get the thread written tonight.

I'm cut and I don't have this problem, how far behind the head are you attaching the LM chamber?
