thanks very much for the advice. a question to all who read here, my flaccid state is always around 4.25 inches, and i ahve always been way too concience of that being too small. but after reading a couple of threads im wondering is it really??

i can happily reach 6 inches erect and have a 3.75 girth.

do i have a small penis??
 
At 69 y/o I still the same as in my youth. Now though I point downward. Measurements are: (taken correctly) 5.5 inches long at erection and 5.5 inches circ. Flaccid I have no visible penis; just folds and folds of foreskin. SO....do the math. I'm not a 'shower' but a 550% 'grower."
Am now not trying to enlarge/lengthen my penis but develope my foreskin. Through dry jelqing exercises my foreskin now covers my corona and is 3/4 the way down to my opening. Have so much stretched foreskin now I can insert a golf ball in my open end foreskin and the skin opening will hold it. All this after being fully cut at birth.

At first I tried to cheat myself into thinking my penis size is ok. I actually thought I'm just a bit below average. But then I found out how to measure the right way and was up for a big disappointment.
My size is this:
Erect: 8 cm (3.14 inches) long, 6.5 cm (2.44 inches) thick.
Flaccid: 4 cm (1.57 inches) long, 4.2 cm (1.65 inches) thick.

I just gained 0.2 in less than a month, but my ruler had 0.1 before it started so i gained an extra bit that i never thought about. You gave me more dick!
 
Why is bone pressed flaccid stretched length important? I just measured mine and it is over seven inches about 7 1/16 inches. My bpel is about 6 4/16 inches. I have been pe for three months now.

bpfsl is more consistent than bpel. This has been determined by
a lot of us measuring before, after every set, then over time
figuring out bpfsl is more consistent.

Unfortunately bpfsl does not convert directly to bpel. That is
partly because some pe stretches bpfsl without enlarging
fluid capacity. Still bpfsl is a sanity check for hopefulness
and motivation, and that's very important.

The difference is due to the fat that collects at the base of the penis, at the pubic bone. These size gains can be realized by loosing weight and exercise. You can also bring forth these gains by doing erect stretches, the best combination is to lose weight and gain size.
 
Read the op but I'm still confused at the difference between BPenis EnlargementL and NBPenis EnlargementL
 
BPenis EnlargementL is pressed against the pubic bone while erect
NBPenis EnlargementL is not pressed against the pubic bone while erect. So just touching the outside surface of the pubic region.

BPenis EnlargementL is most accurate but with guys who aren't fit or slightly obese they tend to think NBPenis EnlargementL is more accurate :) Seriously though once one loses some weight the BPenis EnlargementL becomes the NBPenis EnlargementL and the thinking surrounding BPenis EnlargementL not being all usable is not correct, I have proven it myself with the BPenis EnlargementL I have .. just depends on how much 'fat pad' you have.
 
So basically on Bpel, you take the ruler and put it along the top of your penis starting at your lower stomach/groin area? I don't have a lot of fat here (but do have a bit of a gut above)
I've always measured along the side of the penis starting at the base.
I just didn't get when the directions said to measure from the stomach....my stomach is about 4 inches above my groin! :)

I've always measured along the side of the penis starting at the base.

You can measure that way but the thing is you will want to be sure to measure this way every time to be sure you are gaining. I always likes measuring from the center, top of my shaft as I know exactly where to put the ruler each time I measure.
 
Is a day off from all Penis Enlargement recommend before a measurement? In thought, this provides a more recovered penis to be measured?

If everyone else can post of the measure day practices, that'd be great to see what we're all doing.
 
One day off is the usual protocol, 24 hours after your last workout measure.
