Well after beginning my newbie routine i have gained nearly an inch in a week . But yesterday i took complete rest and did nothing so penis can heal and get a break.
I realized there is some pain in different areas. It is not consistent but it comes for a few seconds and it goes. I havent had any problem masturbating or after it. If there would have been soreness or any pain throughout or consistently then i would have realized that is fatigue or tired ligaments.

but i dont know if that pain is in the right areas because if the ligaments are in pain then im sure in for the gain. But if its some other area internally which i cant find out then i am heading for an injury.

Can someone please tell me with photos and point out or some way where i can see and know where the right kind of pain should be and shouldn't be .

There is pain in PE and soreness. Pain is considered anything that is sharp, shooting and consistent but this also includes numbness for extended periods. Soreness is twinges, twangs, fatigues, dull aching feelings. Soreness can be anywhere on the penis all the way down into the ligaments. Some soreness will be in the shaft due to tunica and other internal structures growing. It can be on the skin due to skin stretch and this can feel a bit like burning. Soreness can also be found at the base of the penis due to ligamental stretch. Soreness is a part of the growing process, just like when you are developing bigger muscles. With the quick gains you have made you will feel soreness no doubt. The time to take time off is when the soreness is too much to actually train. This is usually caused by ligament soreness.

Be careful when training especially if you think you feel any sort of pain. This can quickly turn into an injury and keep you away from PE for a much longer time then if you take this slowly from the start. What exactly does your routine look like? This would be useful to know in order to make an educated guess as to what is going on with you.
 
i do length in morning
10 mins of stretching every direction possible.
5 mins rotary cranks
5 mins DLD blasters or A stretch
10 mins stretching every direction
5 mins expressive stretching
then i ACE traction wrap all day and re-wrap every 30 mins

evening girth
basically i jelq for about 20-30 mins .
i keep doing a few slow squash jelqs in the middle because they require alot of arm strength so i do them whenever i can . I also wear a cockring so the blood is trapped and then i jelq making more pressure for expansion.
5 mins of erect bends because i have to correct my bend
100 quick kegel and then 50 kegels for 5 seconds hold with 2 second gaps
then i leave the cockring on for like 20-30 mins and then do the warm up .its still advisable by many people to wear it for longer period of time for faster expansion.
Finally i wrap again till i go to sleep.
I personally dont prefer wearing a wrap at night because i get a lot of boners at night and i dont wanna risk it. But many out here do wrap at night so its your choice.

thats my routine and i have felt pain in two areas specifically

1. BASE where i tie the shoelace to trap blood and when i do ssj's i squeeze on top of the shoelace inorder to increase restriction of blood flow. But i think one day i tied the string too tight after my session that led to pain only on the area where i tied it. I could also see it indented from the string after removing it.

2.LUMP- the lump i have is causing me pain around there so i have decided to take a break from PE for 2 weeks now

3. linear kind pain- View image: IMG 3048 happens for a few seconds and goes. in red line

but it has been 2 days i have stopped PE and slowly all the pains have gone except the lump area pain that happens from time to time for a few seconds only.
My main concern of all is the lump.

The lump is most likely a hardened section on vein from pressure doing girth work. Is it located around where you tied off with the shoelace or where you have your cock ring sitting? It will go away by itself with some rest, I've used a cream called hirudoid when I've had them and the stuff works pretty quickly, a day or two off girth exercise and applying morning and night will see it heal faster 👍

will that cream work on this lump though ????
If yes then where should i apply the cream ?? on the skin or under the skin right where the vein is ???

I would still go through the therapy for thrombosis just to be sure, it would not hurt anything but it may help too.

I will definitely do that therapy DLD but should I also use the cream ???
 
Yeah i ve got a slight pain in the pubic area,i stretched today but i can deal whit that.

I answered you in another post but I would try it, especially since it has worked for others. I have never tried it but I think it is worth a try in the position you are in.

This is my main problem. But it's manageable.

But it will clear up somewhat during sleep and rest. Therefore I do 3 days training, and 1 day rest.
