How to kegel correctly?

After reading about kegel and I found out that it is important to include it into all PE routine. I still have doubt doing kegel and I am unsure if I am doing it the right way. The way I kegel is like the way I stop my urinate. My balls also tug back a little when I do this. Am I doing it correctly? Post some feedback here to help me and others who do not know how to kegel correctly. Thanks

And yes- that way you are working on the whole BC. I get the same- I have my balls tugging back a little and urine stops. You should be able to feel it. :) The thread above I believe is a really good read, it has some useful info. :) This is not a detailed answer as I see nothing you really don't get- I think you are doing it pretty right. I been getting fatigue feeling at the area in between my anus and my penis. It make me want to pull my penis so hard hahaha.

Yes, you are doing them right. Since all the muscles responsible for a kegel are interconnected you will notice flex in the scrotum and even in the abs and anus sometimes. They are very important to increase blood flow to the penis, the more blood you can hold in your penis the bigger it becomes. Without doing Kegels someone may find themselves with a bigger penis that can not become fully engorged. No one needs to make them obsessive, just do them as you remember throughout the day. I do them while I work, drive, watch tv, etc.
