I'm goin to stop training girth as of today but I don't want to loose the gains I've made so far. My mid-shaft girth is a bit over 5.5 and base around 6.25, and my girlfriend is having a lot of trouble with it no matter how slow and gentle I am with it so I've decided to cut girth out of my routine for the time being. Now I can concentrate more on length which is my main goal anyways. I plan on about 20-30 mins of jelqing once every week or two. Will this be enough to keep my gains or do I need more?
