I'm goin to stop training girth as of today but I don't want to loose the gains I've made so far. My mid-shaft girth is a bit over 5.5 and base around 6.25, and my girlfriend is having a lot of trouble with it no matter how slow and gentle I am with it so I've decided to cut girth out of my routine for the time being. Now I can concentrate more on length which is my main goal anyways. I plan on about 20-30 mins of jelqing once every week or two. Will this be enough to keep my gains or do I need more?

How long had you been training the girth when you gained what you now have???? if it was quite a few weeks or months than it should be cemented aka permananet.
If you saw this over say 2 weeks than chances are its gunna go.

Also I would advise say 1 or 2, 30 minute jelq sessions each week when you are in this mantanence phase .... or NOT training girth and you want it to stay.
But this is not needed IMHO if you have say been training for AT LEAST 4 weeks/ 6 weeks and reached that girth goal , cos itll be cemented in and the length work should help the blood flow to encourage the thing to not shrink ..... that 1 jelq a week is only really advised if you stop all-together.

I've been training girth for about 4 months with out a whole lot of gains. I've been 5.5 mid-shaft for probably 2 or 3 months. Recently I've seen about an 1/8 inch gain, which I don't want to lose. I haven't trained girth for about 3 days now and if any thing its a tad thicker( maybe I needed a little time to heal). I will definately get at least one good jelqing session in a week and aim for 2.

Thanks sundown, personally I was planing exercising girth until I hit 6.5 mid-shaft but if my gf is having problems with what I have it wouldn't make any sense. I beleive basic jelqing gave me my first .25 inch gain and also made a lot of viens start popping out. I just started gaining again due to DLD's girth busters. Since I just started doing those about 2 or 3 weeks ago I haven't even made it through a whole routine, I can only get 1/2 way to 3/4 through the routine before my dick and arms a worn out. I also through the width-expansion in from time to time. Give it a try, it works wonders on girth.

I am glad things are still going strong:)
