Hi brother, and welcome back to the discussions.

This is a tough question to answer since the term "normal" can be stretched in many different way, and how your body reacts to what is normal. Normal can be pharmaceutic or hollistics. Both are normal, and each have different concentration levels that you body needs. You can start out with hollistic methods, but that's more of a long term goal to see steady rises on the free and total testosterone. Pharmaceutic refinement takes hollistic to a faster level. But, faster can also have its downside as your body receives a sudden surge of testosterone and comes crashing down over time.

If you do researches for "total testosterone", you'll get anything from natural combo of herbs, spices, foods, and exercise routines. You'll get the need to work on and things to stay far away from, such as exercises, eating the right meat and veggies, and stay away from certain nuts and fruits (like strawberries). If you want to go into major details, you better be ready to pull out your dietary logs and study notebooks. It will be very, very, very long in our discussions.

If you think it's easier to pop pills such as supplements, brother @Haursen has a great person log for selected vitamins and natural supplements to use, including both bark and berries belonging to hawthorn, zinc, VitD3, magnesium, fenugreek, saw palmetto, ashwagandha, etc. The list can keep going on and on and on. Blood flow is essential as well, so you can go with l-citrulline (or l-citrulline malate for faster absorption if you can handle the sourness), VitD3, and HMB.

There is no 1 pill that does it all. It's literally a change of lifestyle. As you can see, the answer is merely starting and yet it's already this long. We can go at a lengthy discussion that pushes things into the realm of medical journals and biochemical novels. Let us know what you want to do.
