Good to see all of you guys making some amazing gains on the forum. I wanted to share a few tips with you all that I've found have been extremely helpful in maximising the results you get with everything you're doing in PE. I'm new to the forum so if anything here is a repetition of what the better known members have said then I apologise.
The first thing I would absolutely recommend is using a vasodilator before starting your pumping sessions. Vasodilation is the widening of the blood vessels which allows for greater blood flow around the body, this includes the penis. Personally I wouldn't use a PDE-5 inhibitor like Viagra or Cialis for these purposes(I'll touch on them later as we'll be using it later on in the day), but I would go with an L-Citrulline dosed at 4g minimum, higher doses than his give the best pumps in the gym but 4g is considered the bare minimum in the supplements community. L-Citrulline is a non-essential amino acid that is a precursor to L-Arginine which is a direct precursor to NO, a driver of vasodilation. I've read a thread on the forum that recommends supplementing L-Arginine alone but the problem with this is that it has a very poor absorption rate and is metabolised in the kidneys before it can be used in the body, L-Citrulline allows for better absorption and is a much better alternative. I've personally noticed much more intense pumps whenever I use some Citrulline before a pumping session and the increase blood flow to my penis also improves my erection quality as a whole along with the pumping itself. 100% worth investing in.
The next thing that I would consider looking into is the use of the aforementioned PDE-5 inhibitors like Viagra or Cialis. And I'd recommend using these before bed myself, the reason for this would be to promote night time erections in order to have more sustained blood flow to the penis during the night. This of course doesn't apply to those who wear an extender during the night, but those who wear one during the day and take it off at night time would definitely benefit from using them. Contrary to popular belief, just like the great @DLD has said before there are no issues with tolerance and you should not have to increase your does overtime. There has been a report done on Sildenafil(Viagra) about how there might be tolerance to that shown in this report HERE. However the tolerance is suspected to be as a result of the progression of the conditions cause the ED to begin with and not the Viagra itself. Not to mention the doses used were ULTRA high, not a dose you should ever see yourself using if you know what's good for you. Personally it has my green card, but do your own research. A simple 5mg of Cialis or 50mg of Viagra before bed can make a huge impact on night time erections.
Hope this finds you well. Feel free to correct me.
