Hello! I have been doing PE over 1 year and as i have gained a decent amount of length, 1,2 inches kinda. It starts to get obvious my erection angle has suffered a bit.
In the beginning of my journey i had that shaft pointing straight up to my belly almost, and also hard to force down. Now my penis have a lower erection angle and is not as resistant when pressuring it down.
I don't want to lower it anymore, if something i would like if it got a little bit higher again, and i also would like it to be more solid with a little bit more resistance as it feels more elastic. Is that possible?

I still want to gain length on the other hand, is there any effective stretches i should consider to improve length but not impact erection angle?
I'm interested in trying a routine with __________ stretches. Would bringing out inner penis affect erection angle, or does it only has to do with ligament gains?

Anything regarding stretching exercsies? Can i do mandigo stretch?

I'm about to start a routine with Bathmate & stretches, no jelqing for a while. While i cure my turkey neck, and work on the erection angle :)
So i need information to make a good routine covering all these stuffs :)
I wouldn't mind if you customize a routine.

Simply jelq above your erection angle and do your Kegels work for pelvic floor muscle strength. Kegels will allow the support the greater amount of blood needed to fill the larger size.

From searching the web it seems Keegels is the only way to go for erection angle.
But what stretches should i do DLD? I know downward stretching will make the ligaments longer
which will make the erection angle lower. What about that? What are my options?

Flaccid Stretching will never effect your erection angle. The erection angle changes due to the extra weight of a bigger penis. Since the penis has grown and now needs more blood the pelvic floor muscles will need to be strengthened at the same time. Kegels, kegels and more kegels and your erection angle may even increase.

Flaccid stretching should not effect erection angle. Although you might want to avoid hitting the ligs hard if you're really worried about it

Even ligamental stretching will not effect erection angle. Erection angle loss is due to one thing, weak blood flow to the penis. As we grow larger WE NEED to ramp up our Kegel work to keep the muscles strong and able to hold the larger blood supply. If you gain size without strengthening the Pelvic Floor Muscles your erection angle will suffer and eq will be weak.

Is the goal of DLD Bends to see expansion in one chamber? Because i have tryed techniques while i bend the shaft a little bit just to make higher and more focused movement in one of the chambers.
I thought this was the way of bending, and the goal was to make the other CC that is smaller take more blood, which will even the both chambers out and make your penis more straight.
 
i used erect bends to straighten my angle. it leaned to the left after i had a groin injury. it took slightly over a year to fully correct using bends, but its definitely worth it.

Not to bend to roll the bend, very different. The penis should take on a complete arc from base to tip without bending, only rolling against that angle.

So you roll the bending point or the curvature of the penis from the base to the tip in a general motion not necessarily exactly to the tip. Okay what I've been doing was just bending.

I am glad you know now, it would be horrible if you had a break in the Tunica. Your roll the arc against the bend. I would change the name to DLD Rolls but DLD Bends have been around since 2002 and changing the name would lose a lot of search engine results. In any exercise, do not go by the name without reading or seeing the actual exercise.
