I have been Penis Enlargement'n on and off for about a year.

I have attempted three times with a program and never stuck with it more than a month each time.

I just began about 4 weeks ago and I think I am sticking with it this time. I can say that when I first started, my ER was 4.125. Today it is definately 4.5, maybe 4.625" ER. I have not gained anything in length .

So in the last couple of months, I have noticed a girth gain which is why I want to stick with a program. I think the length gains will come?

My program consists of:

5 minutes of heating pad hot wraps
5 minutes of stretching
20 - 30 minutes of wet jelqing - start at 70% erect and then do at 100%. usually after 10 minutes I get real hard and continue with fully erect jelqs.
some days I also do erect squezes while holding a reverse kegal.

I think that this is a good workout - I do whatever I think is right for the moment. Really get good pumps.

So my questions are"

1) I have been doing only one workout a day. Is it OK to do 2 workouts in a day?
2) any suggestions for length ?
3) for those of you that have gotten great results, did they all of sudden just appear one morning or did you notice a little over time? I just feel like some morning I will wake up and see some monster before me...I hope!

heres the thing betterman, when I look at your routine it seems pretty short and cut down from what it could be, compared to others. 5 minutes of stretching won't get you length anytime soon. I dont' know whether you have time restraints, but if you don't, you definently need to stretch for longer. I stretch maybe 2-3 hours a day. But if time is a facter, you should probably only jelq for fifteen or so minutes and dedicate the rest of your time to stretching . DLD also has a 10 minute workout plan, you might want to check that out, that is, only if time is a facter. If it isn't, you have to increase the time you Penis Enlargement inorder to get quicker more noticible results.

I agree with Gellybird, you routine is lacking stretch time, you would also benefit from increasing workout days to at least 6 days a week. Dedication is what you lack most. Be consistent and you will have better results.

Try....
20 min's stretching
300 wet jelqs
and increase when you feel it is doing nothing for you

Wow. HOURS of stretching ? Is that all at once? Or throughout the day?

I usually stretch for about 20 minutes doing various stuff, after that I feel pretty much "all stretched out". But I'll also do some quick stretches after pissing.....these add up and really will help! I was skeptical of "piss pulls" at first, but once I started doing them, I noticed an increase.

But all in all for 20 minutes of hard stretching per session, I did get a .25" gain in my flaccid stretched length (NBP)...now all I gotta do is keep it up until that flaccid gain becomes a real erect one.

What's the deal with doing flaccid stretched length bone pressed? How accurate can that be? And I thought erect BP was painful! Ouch!

You have to make a decision to stick it out, uninterrupted, for at least 6 months - preferably a year. This is regardless of visual appearances (which are deceiving) or the measuring tape, etc.
Any less is not a fair amount of time.
And you must gradually up the intensity/volume - every week or two, don't stagnate.
We get gains at wildly different rates & increments. I was ready to quit just before I got my first length gain (girth came first for me). Damn I'm glad I didn't!
