how often do u clean your ROP rods?

I want to see what u guys do, because I'm not sure how often it's best to clean them

I only do it every 4-5 days but I really don't know how much the oxidation will effect your results from the ROP? how important is it to keep them sparkling

I was wondering this also, and does the oxidation mean that the ROP is working?
