I do between 30 minutes and 90 minutes per day. In the worst case, I do 30 minutes of stretching . In my usual case, I do 30 minutes of stretching and an hour of girth work. In the case where I just don't have enough time/will to do the full workout, I just do an hour of girth work.
I've been pretty much doing the 90 minute routine solidly for awhile now, up until a few days ago. I've had some kind of stomach flu or something the past few days and that has drained me some. Haven't done as much Penis Enlargement as I wanted, plus I haven't lifted weights at all this week due to my whole body feeling exhausted. I'm hoping I'll be 100 percent by tomorrow, but we'll see.
