what have you gained.and.in.what amount of time in years ? and do.u still.have your.gains and.do.u do.matnince or just stopped everything after u got.what you wanted

in 1 year or so I gained 2 inches length and right now I'm doing a new routine because i slacked off after the year and I'm fluctuating between 7.0 and 7.5 BPEL. I'm going to be aiming for 8.5 BPEL

after nineteen months or so I've gained 1.75" in length and 1.50" in girth...I still train daily and sometimes 2 or 3 times each day

But how long have you not trained during those nineteen?

First six months: 2" in length and .5" in girth
the following 10 years: an additional 2" and 1.5" in girth.

So 4" length and 2" girth over roughly 10 years.

So averaged out into metric: That's around .8mm per month

Seems to match up with my recent stats using active SG stretching, manual warmups and wrap retention.

I wouldn't be surprised if everyone averaged out around 0.5mm-1.0mm per month regardless of stretching techniques... Perhaps there is a limit to *new* growth speed afterall?

Do you think that your initial growth spurt had a lot to do with your existing ligament length and genetic potential DLD? If so, the 2" AFTER your initial growth spurt would be a better indicator of entirely new growth...

I'd guess that there are a handful of days each month that I don't train, but I do my best to 'double-up' the sessions if/when I miss days

How you double up the sessions bro? You do like twice as many in one day than normal or what? I just take those days for rest and always come back pretty well by doing the same if not less intensity

happens to me sometimes i can have 2 or 3 days off in one month

Sometimes I can get 3 workouts in one day, (AM, mid-day and PM), but I should take note how I respond to these variables more accurately. I don't think logging-in thousands of hours with an ADS would work for me, but one. two or even 3 BM sessions are totally doable.

I do notice after a day or two off, that I can reach my 'personal best' fairly easily vs. the 3rd session of the day, it doesn't seem as easy. thanks for pointing this out, I think I'll do some experimentation w/off days.

rest days are becoming more important when the intensity is high
