Kegels are good for prostate health, ejaculation control, ejaculation distance/force/volume, etc. They help strengthen the PC muscle which plays a vital role in doing kegels during girth exercises. Doing a kegel when erect, can push more blood into the penis, this is why they (kegels) help with girth work. So, the stronger your PC muscle, the better. Trying them after or during pissing is a good way to learn to do them, but you dont need to do them during that time. Do them while driving, or just sitting around. You wont have the dripping problems then
