How much could I gain on avarage from milking for 10 mins daily

whats avarage gains for this, and avarage gains from doing more??

You would get more gains doing this then nothing at all. Is this the only amount of time you have for Penis Enlargement?

If you can find the time this is a great STARTING ROUTINE and I think it takes around 30-40 minutes total (this can be broken into 2 sessions)
 
How important are kegals?

I mean i tried these and after i stoped pissing (when not practasing them) my dick would drip.

Kegels are good for prostate health, ejaculation control, ejaculation distance/force/volume, etc. They help strengthen the PC muscle which plays a vital role in doing kegels during girth exercises. Doing a kegel when erect, can push more blood into the penis, this is why they (kegels) help with girth work. So, the stronger your PC muscle, the better. Trying them after or during pissing is a good way to learn to do them, but you dont need to do them during that time. Do them while driving, or just sitting around. You wont have the dripping problems then ;)

some advice - do the newbie routine for a few weeks just to get started. Its a very good routine to do to start off.
