How many sec's/jelq

Hi,How many seconds/jelq you have?.I do 2 seconds jelqs but in the members area of the mos under the basic jelqs on the graphic pictures is writied that each stroke schould last at least 10 seconds.Whats the better time to spend at each jelq for a good enlargement?

My wet jelqs last about 1 second with intense pressure. My dry jelqs can last anywhere from 4-8 seconds with intense pressure. As far as a ten second jelq is concerned, give me a link, the information has a typo.
