It is such a valuable amount of time wasted, using the Phallosan completely changes this and allows for hours of stretching while sleeping...it is a brilliant device.

If i give you a solid bodybuilding program and you're 100% newbie. It might not work. Why? Because you might not be using it right.

Its what we refer to as experience.

Everyone knows guys who does the body rocking bicep curls with 60 pounds in each hand and who doesnt get shit for results.

To have good results require the right way of working.

And this can only be archived by experience.

I know how to get my cock into the "gaining zone"

I have done this for years.

Heck i even use breathing techniques. And mental preparation.

And i can literally feel when to stop pulling my penis after a workout. For when the results will stop as the tissue has been pulled to its current max.

Dont get discouraged.

This shit works! But time might be a factor due to lack of experience

Never fear measurement. If a measurement goes unchanged you will want to know so you can change a part of your routine. Sometimes something needs to be added or replaced to make the workout gainful.

glorious advice the only way to know if we are gaining is by measurement...:p PE is an everyday thing or almost..

Your growth will not stagnate if you stretch at high tension and do bundled stretches with the length master. The length master is the breaker of all length plateau.

I advise all Phallosan users to get a length master and to also stretch at max tension with the Phallosan.
 
LM . You can give a max pull to your ligaments. This will add like a catalyst to your phallosan. You will get more pull. LM can be used as weight hanging. You can do fulcrum pulling with LM. See ykm vedio of LM you will find all your answers.

The LengthMaster adds a whole new perspective to gaining length and brings exercise that is not possible with any other equipment. Things that can be done are rolls and twists, which I feel are a major way to deform and expand the Tunica. You can also do all the basic stretches using two hands to stretch via the handlebars on the LengthMaster. You can also hang weight as it has a hanger included. Lastly, you can do all of the PowerAssist stretches. Very versatile tool with many benefits. Another thing that makes it great is for those who get shitty grip when stretching, the LengthMaster will never slip and every stretch will be enormously more intense than any other way.

The length master alone can give you half inch in 3 months if you use it for 30 minutes daily doing bundled stretches. As for the PF, we have very few people on the forum who can come out and say they have made gains after a 3 months period therefore, it is ideal to combine PF and length master for daily use. Manual exercises cannot be compared to the length master in anyway. It's like comparing Playstation 1 with Playstation 4.

Phallosan= Passive Gains

Together= Major Growth
 
Hi all, I've been using the Phallosan for two days and I really find it amazing. Very comfortable, discreet... Cool discovery, I'm happy to be part of MOS community ;)

I wore PF for 2-3 hours at night yesterday but could not keep it longer. I could feel it and found it was sort of disturbing to fall asleep. Also, I felt a light pinch and prefered to go the slow way.
I won't keep a log journal about PF hours, as I don't see the interest (I'm using various pe tools, with too many time variations).

Anyway, it is great. The only problem is that I'm not alone at home nor in bed, so I'll keep PF mostly for daily routine and work at home. It's almost invisible under large trousers.

I'll try the Phallogenics combo soon, but I don't feel it necessary at this time.

For this week, my routine :
- 5min warmup
- 1h Penimaster at high tension
- 20 min jelq at 100 % erect
- 5 mins air pump, sometimes Bathmate
- from to 1 to 4 hours of PF depending on privacy

Results : a steady growth. I started at 5.2" BPEL two years ago and now am just above 6.5", with most growth thanks to MOS.

If I had more privacy, no doubt I'd have already bought the lenghtmaster, even if I did not reach any plateau yet.

What a wonderful success story! You must feel great to have these amazing gains. I am also happy you have taken to the Phallosan so quickly, some men have problems understanding in the beginning. You will also love the PhalloGenetics once you make it, one of the coolest modifications out.

I was able to wear the phallosan for almost 24 hours straight a couple days ago but like you, I also don't really like sleeping with it on (I'm a light sleeper). I might give it a go again to try sleeping with it on but right now I wear it about 12 hours a day when I am awake. Check out my log if you are having issues with the comfort of the phallosan, I mention a couple comfort techniques I have figured out.

Wow, that is a huge accomplishment. I hope with more practice and adjustments you can get through the night with it consistently.

Yea, I don't know what is going on with my system right now. I have been waking up like 3 or 4 times a night to use the bathroom ... and I thought I maybe was not sleeping as deep with the PF on and maybe this was causing it but it continued without it. The only thing that is new other than the PF is I started taking 5HTP and L-theanine before bed to help me sleep. I cut out L-theanine a couple days ago but the frequent urination has continued so I am going to cut out 5HTP and see if that has any effect. If one of those are the cause then I could end up wearing my PF around 22-24 hours a day.
