I've been Penis Enlargementing for a month now and I'm getting fustrated with not knowing how many rest days I need. If the goal is to not let the penis heal completely so that the tissue doesn't toughen up then why not Penis Enlargement everyday? Or would a 6 day on, 1 day off or a 3 on, 1 off, 2 on, 1 off routine be better? Since my gains are almost non-existant I don't know if it's because I'm doing too much or not enough. My penis is still sore for my next Penis Enlargement session but it tends to go away after my first set of stretches . I'm doing the newbie routine btw.

The thing is that I don't understand how the penis works. I workout and it took me years to finally understand how to get my body and muscles to grow. The problem is that I overtrain easily. I don't know if that has any affect on Penis Enlargement. I also don't know if I am even pulling hard enough with my stretches . Anybody have any advice to give?

I think that going 2 on 1 off, or 1 on 2 off is the best for begginers

To spin this a different way, consistency is important. Regardless of how many days you take, you need to keep it under control.

In general i would suggest starting with a 6on 1off, or 5on 2off. This is because with a long training run every week i think you would soon learn if your body needs more rest. This is in comparison to taking more rest and never learning if you could push your body harder.

Just my two thoughts, im on week 4 of newbie routine and am no expert :)

As a Penis Enlargementer of one month experience I think you should go with 5 on 2 off. It is important that you take 2 days off every week and you can build your own schedule. You can go like 3 on 1 off, 2 on 1 off or you can go 5 days in a row. Experiment a little and see how this works for you.

REST DAYS
I have always trained 7 days on no days off. I think this type of schedule promotes a more habitual program. For me days off can quickly turn into weeks off so it is better for me to be a daily trainer. I also believe that the penis only needs 24 hours of recovery before it is trained again. Some guys either do not have the time for this or it may be too difficult at first. In this case I recommend deducting one day at a time until the perfect routine is created. i.e. 6 on 1 off, 5 on 2 off.

I started with 2 on 1 off, and just about to move onto 3 on 1 off, and may eventually work upto 4 on 1 off, but I don't think I'll ever go more then that. As of now.. I'm still afraid of overdoing it and breaking my shit =/

DLD, I read that when I read the newbie routine but that didn't really help me at all. You see first of all you say that you train 7 days a week to keep from slacking. You also say that some guys don't have the time or find it difficult. That's not my case. I am extremely disciplined. I workout 3 days a week without fail and I eat practically every 3 hours just in the name of building muscle. I see it as a sacrifice I have to make inorder to reach my goal. I am willing to Penis Enlargement 7 days a week or 1 day a week. I am willing to give my penis a day of rest but the point is that I just don't know when that is. When I increase move on to phase 2 and increase the intensity, do I need more rest days or less because my penis will be conditioned? I just want to do what works. As of right now my penis is fuller, harder and more vascualr but no real change in measurement.

Anyways, I guess I just needed a pick me up. Thanks all that responded, I feel better now! I will just keep pulling on my cock until it grows! :D

I was taught to train 7 days a week with no rest days. I made very good initial gains doing this but there is another reason also. I think that training everyday conditions the penis to become used to this so as intensity increases, for me anyway, my penis never feels like a raw carrot:)
