I sometimes worry that I'm not doing the excercises to their maximum potential, because it seems like shortly after I'm done my penis returns to normal. Around here I hear people talking about how blown up it gets and stays for some time after, and I wonder if I'm wasting my time.

I've been doing this for about 2 months now, and while I noticed right away better erections and a slightly fuller flacid, I haven't really seen any gains since then. Maybe a bit BPenis EnlargementL, but that might also just be because I'm measuring from the bone properly. I know I definitely filled out to what I had been before my blood pressure went up - sort of returning to my potential, but nothing has happened since.

When I wet jelq in the shower I end up hanging nice and thick for a brief while after, but it seems like by the time I'm dressed again it's back to normal. When I dry jelq I feel like it's working well and really making the head expand, but the pump disappears even more quickly. Ulis blow things up and veins pop out but again, there's no post-workout lingering pump .

I always try to do length separately or at least first because I fear that that will force even more blood back out quickly.

Am I just worried for no reason? I feel like I should have gotten a bit farther along in 2 months than I have. And it seems like it's getting worse ever since I started my diet last week.

BTW, if anyone's wondering, I'm 6.5x5.25 and like most everyone else shooting for 8x6.

I think as time goes on the pump stays longer. Maybe it is time to try some cable clamping? I have been getting an awesome pump from those.

This is how it goes for me though:
1. Pumped at the end of session for about 10 mins.
2. Looks really bad for about 1 hour and 30 minutes. (donut effect and shriveled a bit)
3. Nice flacid hang for the rest of the day.
 
Mine gets small about 5 minutes after I jelq then just goes back to my normal flaccid size after about 30 minutes.
 
Mine gets fat when i wake up they morning after, i do exercises on nights only.
Then it gets like 0.5" bigger all day or something like that...

Think it varies with each person, but as they get more accustomed for example like DLD there penis will have the swell effect last longer.
It seems that way, dont worry mate ... as long as you do the routine than ya fine.

Well if your pump goes away very quickly i qould suggest but with CAUTION to step up the intensity but stay with the same routine like stretches for example stretch until your fell the LIG BURN but do your normal routine and as some one else suggested try using he cable clamp as it does work. Your hands dont get that tired with it and youll be able to step up the intensity. Now remeber since you've onbly been doin this for 2 months i suggest experimenting but not FULL BLOWN intensity since none of us want to see you hurt.
