How long should I wear the size doctor?

Just bought a size doctor and while I’m waiting for her to come in the mail, I am wondering how long I should wear it per day to see real gains from it? I was reading on the Phallosan forte site and it says studies have shown men gain 1 to 2 inches in a 6 to 12 month period. But I didn’t say how many hours per Day those men wore it. I wanted to get a size doctor to support MOS of course. But how many hours should I wear it per day to see those kinds of gains? 3-4 hours?
 
If you can get 3 to 4 hours in a day that is awesome. I would usually tell people three sets of one hour will be gainful but going to four hours is just icing on the cake. Are you planning any other exercises in conjunction to this? Are you only looking to gain Length right now? What are your goals and where are you right now? When your SD comes in let me know and I will help you for a awesome working together.

I am actually going more for girth if I had to choose, but I wanna get a 1 inch length gain so I can get that solid 9 inch NBPEL. Currently hanging 3x a day and doing Lengthmaster 20 minutes in the morning. For girth I’m doing a slightly modified 5x5x3 (I do a 5x2x4). Girth is at 5.75 but looking to get it to 6.5 within the next year.

If you’re doing the 5×5×3 or some variation thereof you’re doing the best thing you could for girth. No routine with more power.
 
@DLD i got my size doctor in the mail but I’m having issues using it. I can’t seem to figure out how to wear it properly without it just falling off immediately. There’s nothing to hold it in place so it just falls off my body instantly. I’ve attached a video for reference.

Can you try it on your computer maybe? I’ve spent a solid 60-90 minutes with this thing and I cannot get it to work in any capacity. It just falls right off of me.

The SizeDoctor is meant to be used for straight out or upward stretching. If you want to do downward stretching, put it on upside down. They designed it this way so there is no pressure on the scrotum and to give it a bigger base.

I think I might actually return it and buy the size genetics traction extender instead. That seems like more what I’m looking for. The vacuum extenders don’t seem to work well with me for some reason.

I actually have one already and use it for hanging. I don’t really wear it as an ADS much tho. The suction part of it seems to have come broken. When I twist the handle to create air pressure nothing happens and the little platform inside doesnt move. But it still works so I’m cool with it. How do we go about processing a return? Should I start by shipping it back to you guys?

I am not sure how that process works but the sales department will guide you through it. Simply sending email to sales@mattersofsize.com and they will guide you
