I was wondering how long to be on phase 2. I've made great gains so far. 6.25 X 5.25. A good bit has come from phase one and the plyo blasters. I'm thinking of just having a straight forward approach and go through all the phases. That wasy it's not like a variable thing that changes on a whim. I want that level of discipline I have in wieghtlifting to go through training phases in both. I'm thinking 2-3 months on phase 2, and instead of just doing the girth work recommended doing clamped work in the style DLD recommends for phase 2. What do you think?

Ohhh and what's up with this stuff swm is advertising for semenex, any thoughts on this as well.
 
I think PHASE duration is very individual. I make it a rule never to change my routine if I am gaining with it. The PHASES are an exact reproduction of my program and for each of the PHASES I was on the routine for different times. For me when I noticed a slow in gains a wrote a new program. I am currently writing PHASE 5 and 6. I spent about 7 months on PHASE 4 and I have been training my newest routine which will become PHASE 5 for 3 months.
 
I agree not to change a routine if it is working, but I would not want to waste any time either. Although Penis Enlargement takes time, none of us want to waste a month or two on a routine that didn't work (or work anymore). How do you know when to change? How long do you give a particular routine the chance to make gains?
 
I was thinking of asking this exact question sometime! I too am doing Phase 2 - have been for about a month now. I haven't measured yet (I will at the end of April), but I am not sure when to stop Phase 2 and move on to 3. DLD, has a point when he said, why stop when you are gaining, but if that was always the case, I'd still be doing Phase 1 since I made some moderate gains there! I agree that everyone is different. It's just hard to find a balance because, as already stated, no one wants to waste their time.

Does DLD talk about clamp work in Phase 2? (I don't recall it).

Semenex - that's a semen-sweetener. (never tried it though)
 
I followed DLD's advice when going from phase 1 to phase 2. I was on a plateau for about 3 weeks, if I remember right, and was pretty sure I milked phase 1 for all it was worth. That's when I went to phase 2.

I'll probably go to the same method when switching to phase 3.

Nope. All of his exercises are completely manual. All you need to do them are your hands.

Actually, I read the website last night, and it just seems to talk about volume. I've read in many places (including here) that pineapple juice sweetens the taste.

Thanx for the mention of our product Semenex. As relates to your mention of our website content, I think if you check it out you'll find that you have confused a new product called "Semenax" with our own product, Semenex. Huge difference between the two. However this didn't stop this dubious company from almost duplicating our name just so as to confuse the public into thinking their untested and untried product is our much-tested and tried and media-praised product.

Anyways! I say do DLD's routine if you are knew. I have never done someone elses routine, just because I need something really personal and so when I gain, I feel much more accomplished.

Anyhow, I say do DLD's routines until you are bored (which will never happen if you keep gainging). He has some excellent begginner, intermediate, and advanced routines laid out from what I hear.

I personally just think over Penis Enlargement logically and what the goal is, how it works, then come up with my own exercises (some modified of other people's) and then make some crazy routine :) I got this awesome girth and length plan, both which will be very little work, but lots of effort (hard to explain), and I hope to see some awesome gains. Anyone wanna try it out PM me! :-D
