I was wondering how long to be on phase 2. I've made great gains so far. 6.25 X 5.25. A good bit has come from phase one and the plyo blasters. I'm thinking of just having a straight forward approach and go through all the phases. That wasy it's not like a variable thing that changes on a whim. I want that level of discipline I have in wieghtlifting to go through training phases in both. I'm thinking 2-3 months on phase 2, and instead of just doing the girth work recommended doing clamped work in the style DLD recommends for phase 2. What do you think?
