How long do I hold the dual fulcrum stretch and DLD blasters?

I have a program Im doing and have dual fulcrum stretch in it along with the DLD Blasters. But I don't know how long too hold each stretch. Also is it possible to do the A stretch with length master?
 
Could someone post a video of how to do Dual fulcrum stretch and the RB fake arm stretch please

With the length master, you shouldn't worry about the fulcrum stretch because it is not as effective as the length master bundles. You can remove the power assist part of the length master and use it to do your fulcrum stretch. You should be able to hold each stretch for 30sec to 1 minute.

Exactly right. And there are also videos in the section showing this exact stretch. Timing is as Huge said.
 
but how many times how many sets???? dld you set me up on this but forgot too tell me how many and for how long or direction of stretches. Please help

I would shoot for 5 sets, if too much cut back by one but if able and have time add to this. You can never get enough stretching in, ever!

And for the powerassist stretches you gave me how many reps sets seconds directions please??

1 minute for each stretch, do it 5 times thats 5 reps.

With fulcrum stretches is important to hold more than 30 seconds. Short and intense sets its not so effective, in fact there is a danger to make the tunica tougher and make future gains harder. Find the right position and the right grip and relax into the stretch, just focus on your breath.

A very welcome and correct assertion. Breathing and relaxing will bring a much greater stretching environment. Long, progressive fulcrum stretches are the way to go. And those who are not sure what these Fulcrum stretches are they can be viewed here: PowerAssist. But also keep in mind that the PowerAssist is part of the LengthMaster so order the LengthMaster, not the PowerAssist.

No, fulcrum stretches are all stretches done with the powerassist with out bundled. But that does not mean that you can’t do bundled stretches while using the powerassist. It’s probably a very smart idea
