I'm doing 1 set of clamping a day for 30 minutes. I'm relatively new to Clamping do you think this is too long? Thanks guys.
 
Far too long. 30 minutes it way too much for someone new and the everyday part will make you realise months down the line that it was done in vein as the penis hasnt had the time to heal and grow like it wants.

My advice to you is to try and do X1 10 minutes in the clamp eachday for 7 days and see how you feel and how your penis feels and looks.

During the time in the clamp try doing some horse squeezes..thats it.

After 7 days and everything going alright I would than advise you go upto X1 15 minute sessions, same number of times during the day but for just 5 days with 2 off.

During the third week, again assuming its all gone fine than move onto X1 15 minutes and still the same number with 5 on and 2 off.

The above may sound nothing much but it is and is gradually, gently getting your penis into clamping and is what I did near enough when I was trying this stuff out years ago.

Once you enter your fourth week and eveything is fine than move onto 20 minutes and than perhaps add another 10 minutes at another time in the day.
Do the same stuff but add more exercises in during the clamp such as wet jelqs, stretches etc etc.

Keep than getting more intense but beware not to venture too madly and watch for signs of damage that might occur.

Stick to what I have advised for the fourth week for the next 4 months or so but gradually increase the time to X2 20 minute reps, than X2 30 minute reps.
By the end of the fourth or fifth month you should be able to go 45 minutes non-stop in the clamp without any problems...if you cant than you havent got your penis accustomed to it and need to start over.

Only than after the four or five months can you safely start using other methods combined with clamping without lots of risks and danger that you would have faced. You could than start using pumping combined with clamps and extender work...whatever you feel. Keep going longer if you like, I've done over one hour non-stop.

Keep a note that you'll only start to see Penis EnlargementRMANENT gains after SIX MONTHS of CONSISTENT clamping.

Forgot to also mention that after those 4 weeks when you know your limits and have learned alot from it than you could mix the daily rota to something like 1 on 1 off or 2 on 2 off etc etc but dont experiment with that until you've finished the 4/5 weeks.

Always try to maintain a HIGH erection at all times in the clamp, and when you do the horse squeezes, hold them for say around 10-15 seconds and watch thst fucker expand....you want to see the veins expand and you'll feel the chambers inside the penis expand...its normal and what we want to see.

Finally, I would advise you to also do other Penis Enlargement methods in your routine and not just clamping. Clamping aka Constrictors as I like to call it, can yield gains by themselves but I think and it has been proven to some extent that gains are better if other Penis Enlargement methods are introduced and you do a nicely mixed Penis Enlargement routine....say length work with the Power assist in the morning, jelqing at bedtime with the clamping done whenever you can...just a example, what you choose is what you prefer.

I would also advise STRONGLY that you take a picture now of your erect penis girth and keep it safe....than after 6 months of doing constrictors take another and compare...be amazed, be proud, be a bigger man...get some donations in to Red :) nah, most importantly you have gained and use that to further expand upon and grow even more.
 
Hey Red, im new and around six months of pe i have yet to be able to stick to a consistent routine long enough to move up to much advanced workouts. If i start out very slowly at 50 jelqs or so and short five minute clamps would it be ok for me to go ahead and start clamping? I also wear an andro medical device four hours a day, should i clamp before or after this?

Hey friend,

I'd recommend you do the IPR protocol. I'm almost certain you will get gains from it fast since you are already ADSing.

To answer your question, Clamping isn't necessarily an 'Advanced' Exercise. you can clamp 'light' or 'heavy'. the heavier clamping techniques are for vets rather than noobs. The only reason it's not advised for noobs is because they probably wouldn't know what's light and whats heavy. Easy does it though when you're just starting. So take alot of care when you start.
 
wow that thread was really intersting, thank a lot man. Is there any information that could help inform me of the different kinds of clamping?
 
Lets add to this with how long we clamp for in each session. I'll go first. Normally I go for 30-45 minutes edging with horse squeezes, double horses, SSJ's, erect stretches and jelqing thrown in for good measure. One set as-well.
 
I have been kicking off 3-4 sets of 10mins. Im curious if a transition to fewer longer sets is the way forward?

I like that! How often I had a 2-3 weeks of great clamping and then let it fizzle out..
Some 0,01 stays but it's a lot of wasted time in retrospect.
Whenever I invested some months without long pauses I had permanent results

Imagine if you put your all into it and stayed consistent for a year! Imagine how big you would get using that methodology

Yeah I will surely stay with this intensity into and through next summer. Day 45 in already. Goal is to only rest if I can't get it up due to fatigue.
I remember when I used the SG for months daily going to the maximum possible daily. 1 inch.

Very proud of you and I’m so happy to hear this, that’s the attitude that will get you to where you want to go quickly. But don’t worry if I see you Slippin I’ll grab your ass and throw you back into the brotherhood! LOL
