I hope I am posting this in the right forum.

Due to years of bad habits and stress ("too much wine, too much song, wonder how I got along....."), I have had some challenges maintaining an erection the past few months(I am 45 years young!). I could get it up, but it would not stay that way very long. In six weeks I reversed that, and can now stay hard as long as I need to (over two hours last Friday night!!!!!!!!!!) Here's what I did, and am still doing:

Kegals - DLD's PC routine. This is critical!!!!! It is the foundation. Dick Vermeil one time said, "You can't launch a cannon from a conoe." He was talking about a running back having to have powerful legs to run through the defense. The same is true in regards to the PC muscle and a healthy penis. I do the routine three times per day. When I started, I could not hold my kegal for the one minute at the end. Now I can hold it at least three minutes!!!!! I kegal like a mad man and it is paying off. I also pay attention to plyometric exercises in regards to my Penis Enlargement routine.

Jelqing - I am not using this as a girth exercise, as I do other things for that. I jelq at least 600 times per day at 70%-90% erect. I also am careful not to jelq too hard. I grip tight enough to encourage good blood flow and a slight expansion of the penis. Remember, I do this for penis health and circulation.

Exercise - Studies indicate that those that do some type of leg work have better circulation in the genital area. I walk at least two miles every day I can. Every other day I do weight work (squats, etc.).

Supplements - You can find tons of recommendations in this forum. However, I have been taking 1 multi vitamin with minerals for prostrate health, 500 mg niacin, 1000 mg l-arginine in the AM. In the PM, I take the multi vitamin and 2000 mg l-arginine.

Mental Adjustment - Get the negative thoughts out and quit worrying as to whether you will or won't!!!!!! I believe I am going to get it up, keep it up, and rock my wife's world every single time!!!!!!!!!!!!

ROP - This is/was the catalyst!!!!! After 4 weeks of the above things, my erections were much firmer, and I could maintain a 90% + erection for much longer than before. Three weeks ago I built a ROP. Within a week, my erections were rock hard and I was staying that way!!!!!!!!! My wife is loving it so much she has literally attacked me 8 nights in a row, and during the day Sat & Sun this past weekend!!!!!!!!!! Friday night we banged for over two hours and I was never under 95% erect!!!!!!!! Not bad for an old fart, huh?????

I am not saying this is the magic program for everyone. There are tons of Penis Enlargement gurus on this forum who can offer more info than me. However, it worked for me and I recommend at least giving it a try if you are faced with this challenge.

Forgot to add:

DLD's Testicle Health Routine - I do this twice every day. I believe it is a big part of increasing circulation to the genital area.

I don't know what the Kegal routine is or the ROP but more power to ya...Thanks for the info. and the shot of hope!

I noticed your post in the thread "Gentleman's Club" which indicated erection challenges. I am telling you, unless there is a physical condition, this works, especially with the NO2 you have started taking.

A kegal is a PC exercise. Check out DLD's newbie routine where he explains at length .

The ROP is a ring of power, devised by Supra from a Blakoe Ring. Again, he has an extensive thread in the Penis Enlargement Forum, complete with info related to how it increases testerone, etc.. If I knew how to attach links I would do it for you. Sorry!

IMO, the biggest thing is mental. You have got to believe!!!!!

Get it up and keep it up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks for your experience and tips. I'm 66 mature horny guy and have the same problem. I'll give it a try but i need to know about the different exercises are all about. 1st Kegals, 2nd the DLD's Testicle Health Routine; were do I find out about them??? Once again thanks for sharing and giving us horny EP guys your tips.

Your story is an inspiration to all. I am 69, and I have doing keegles and Jelqs for about two years, also I have been taking 2 grams of L-Arginine a day. I also go to the gym three times a week. Your right, physical health is extremely important in any situation. Exercise that increases the blood pressure are very important, to increase blood flow to all of the areas of the body. I have also built a ROP, in fact I have two, one is made of two poles, one Copper and one Zinc and the other is a four pole version. The four pole version generates slightly higher voltage. 1.2 volts as opposed to the two pole version of .7 volts. I think that the four pole version generates more zinc ions in and around the balls. Since wearing both at night, I find that my loads have increased, At least that's what the wife say's.
