I have not been able to wear mine much. I just get too damn sore from doing so. Should I have bought a lighter one??

SWM, if you want to try it start by cutting the toes off a sock and slip it on your balls then put the weight on. It wont feel like its cutting into you as much. Then you'll get used to it faster too.

SWM, personally I find the 35mm ID too small, even the 40mm ID I find a little too small but I have been unable to find any larger ID.

I find that more important than the actual weight of it.

Having said that, when I first started out I could not even get an ok grip around my nads. The scrotum was so tight.
So I started off small with a 14mm weight. It took me a few weeks of wearing that 24/7 until I could move up to a 28mm. Now I can wear a 42mm but the size of it make wearing jeans difficult.

On a hot day I can add the 14mm to the 42mm but only for a few hours.

I use moisturiser which helps too.

ctmwn's sock idea is good too but I have not tried it yet.

See, my point is that the area in between the testicles and body...whatever those tubes/fibers, etc are is what is getting too sore. Like a constant, achy, kicked in the balls feeling.

When I wear the 42mm weight I can feel some mild discomfort where it rests on what I guess is the Epididymus, but I feel if I want to stretch my Scrotum there is no point using a lighter weight now.

If you mean the tube that attaches the testicles to the body, the Ductus (vas) deferens mine only feel sore when the nadgers try to retract.
The right one is worse and when the weight is off, the right testicle does not sit at the bottom of the scrotum so I assume I need to stretch the Ductus deferens too.

SWM, I think you need to stay at the lighter weights for a longer time and work your way back up to the 50. I know if I take 3+weeks off BE thats what I need to do for sure!
