How do you know when to stop?

I am currently working on girth. After my usual routine I have been doing a hot of holds,erect bends, and squeezes. How do I know if I am overtraining or undertraining?
Right now I do 3-4 15 second horse squeezes
1 x60 second DLD erect bends
6 sets of 30 second holds (hold below head or in middle of penis and at bottom)

I quit my girth workout when I've gotten a nice pump ...I usually shoot for 1/2" more than my normal erect girth. If thats what you meant.

I know when to stop when my dick is covered in dark red spots and my base is raw from gripping /clamping. My girth sessions last for over an hour, easy. After an hour, anything else I can do is gravy...if I'm not too sore to handle it. Most of the time, I'll keep going until I see some fluid building up, like maybe a bit of a donut effect , or my shaft getting bloated and the veins getting washed out. I'll call it quits then.

If my shaft and base are "sore to the core" the next day, I'll know I did something right.

I had a rather large amount of fluid build up the other day after I finished my routine...thought I'd broke my dick at first, then I realized what it was. It was perhaps the best girth routine I've ever had (with most of the credit going to my newly purchased cable clamp). ...There really is no point to this post, I just wanted to share my experience... :blush:

heh well i mean with that short routine i am noticably thicker after 2 weeks

I do a hold where i grip the base of my penis and either in the middle of my penis or below the head when fully erect and hold this tightly for 30 seconds.
