for the piercing question the answer depends on alot of things
to be honest once you have your nipples pierced you will constantly have HNS or (hard nipple syndrome) and i have found that the only time my nipples look larger is when i have barbells in they are stretched out more to the sides then when i have hoops but to be honest other then that all that changes is your actual nipple is always pointy.

You could have a sex change operation, but then you woul loose your dick.

Play with them regularly and watch em grow :D.

Suction works.
I've been at it a few months and un pumped/sucked they are about one inch diameter and about one inch length.
I know a woman who has been at it for years and hers are as large and long as my thumb.
