Hand spread from the tip of thumb to tip of pinky finger: 9" (I can easily palm a regulation basketball and stretch one key past an octave on a piano)
Shoe size: US 12

Most likely, over the years they have stretched to reach it. The spread of my finger fanned out it one octave above.

There is no correlation between the size of one's palm and the penis. I'm glad you guys experimented on this.
