are horse 440's the same as the isolated compression squeezes and what kind of girth gains have people seen with these?

man be careful with these horse440's is how i got my throbosed vein. just make sure you are ready for them. i think the difference is with the 440 is you make a small ok sign with your hand and push down on the head of the penis while the other hand is gripping the base. some one correct me if i'm wrong. if i am maybe thats why im thrombosed

Yes, they are the same, however, they are somewhat different become of the rotation in the middle. The horses are very good. If you do it correctly there is no need to be afraid.

Check the Demonstration threads in my signature. I have at least one picture showing exactly what a "Horse" squeeze should look like.

The two exercises are identical except for the rotary movement involved in the compression squeeze. People have seen tremendous gains with these, many consider it to be the most effective girth exercise there is.

What is it about that "rotary" movement that makes it so effective?

For me it just feels like it's putting pressure on all the walls rather than just an entire area. It's more specific and intense as it goes over the different sides, well, it feels like it anyway.
