Blue Whale,

do you wrap the sock around your penis or insert your penis in the sock?

This is a great idea, but I have only one concern with it. I was watching "1,000 Ways To Die" on Spike, and there was this segment on a guy who strapped a sausage to his leg at a club so that girls would think he had a huge dick.... yatta yatta yatta. Anyways he died from having a massive pulmonary embolism because a blood clot (which was cause from having something strapped tight around his leg for hours on end) traveled to his heart and killed him.

Heres the link to the video- http://www.spike.com/video-clips/uvdx1b/1000-ways-to-die-kill-basa

I dont think I need to make this connection for you guys.. but just in case, I will. As I said, this is a great idea, and a cheap idea (price wise) for an ADS. BUT the problem I see is that tying a belt tight around your leg for multiple hours on end (because it is an 'ADS') is extremely dangerous!! Tying off any limb for multiple hours and restricting blood flow is dangerous!!

My concern is that people will hurt themselves, and potentially kill themselves. This was on TV.. so obviously this shit is REAL!! :p But in all honesty guys, please take this seriously, BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL! If you are going to do this, please check the circulation to your leg every 30 to 45 minutes maximum! Limbs can go for UP TO an hour without circulation before severe damage can be done (yahoo answers.. i looked it up :) ), but there is no reason to push it that far. Just be smart guys!

To Blue Whale- I certainly hope you dont take any disrespect to this post, your threads are always great and you know a hell of a lot more about this stuff than I do, I am just concerned for peoples safety with this one for reasons stated above.

No offense taken m8 you are right on point with your concern. The video was already posted here on MoS and it serves as a warning to everyone.

When you do this exercise correctly you never tighten the belt to a point that it cuts off your circulation and femoral arthery and preferebly you want to wrap the belt under the knee around the bone where its harder to cut off circulation. You close the belt just enough so it doesnt move up and down. You shouldnt feel any discomfort or pressure.

The second thing is its almost impossible to do this exercise more then 30 mins without rest because of the extreme fatique and glans bruising this exercise will produce.
But it was a noble gesture from you to point this out.Thx.

Ok, my apologies for being redundant then. I have only been on this forum for a few months, so I am rather new and didnt know this had already been covered. My bad.

Yes, I understand the exercise, and not tying it tight enough to cut off circulation. Like said, I was just posting this so there was no confusion.

But again, thanks for the post and I might give this a try sometime!

Has anyone made any gains yet from this exercise? I am going to try it regardless but just curious thankyou. :) This seems like it would be easier than hanging.

Blue Whale,

could a newbie do this in addition to the beginner's routine?

Would you recommend switching legs each session, so you dont "favor" one side?

looks like he answers every question but the most important and frequently asked one

Yea he tends to post ideas frequently, but whether he has gained from his ideas is open to debate.
