i was just kind of looking at what my program would be in the next couple weeks/months and from running track and playing sports i know that every athlete needs his/her break to let the body regen. I wanted to include this into my program, meaning i take 2-3 week break every 2-3 months or more. But the main question is over time will i loose my gains? I know i shouldnt but i hear others talking about loosing their gains and it has made me think.
