hello ppl , prashant here from India , almost 19 now , started all this a week ago , some question


I do a 250-300 jelqs , is it ok i do these many , considering i just started out

It takse like 8-10 min , for the whole jelqing session to get over , am I doing anything wrong ? i mean 300 jelqs and all over in less than 8 min , shud i do it more slowly or is this fine ?

Loads of erection , ihave to take breaks because of erections, after every 40-50 jelqs , I am doing right thing right ? i shud not jelq on a erection ?

how important is stretching ? how much shud be done , i stretch like for 2-3 min ,shud i do more ? i hold my penis below the head and pull it down , sideways ,up , anything else ?

wat i follow is

warm up (3 min -5 min) , stretching , vaseline :) , jelqing , 5-10 girth busters wait 4-5 min , and kegels(i was doing irregualr kegels from an year , so now started doing , 100 quick kegels , 20 kegels holding 10 sec , 20 kegels holding 15 sec, 10 holding a min) and


is there anythign i shud in corporate ? I will post my measures in a day ,can't find a tape to measure the girth :-s



is there anythign else i shud in corpoate ,girth buster shud i do them ?

Welcome pakiyabhai. I would say that you leave the girth busters for now and concentrate on some basic stuff. Start with the DLD's newbie routine. It is sticky on the top of the newbie forum. You have all the info you need there to get you right on the track.

Stretching is important mainly for the length gains. Good luck with your Penis Enlargement and your gains.

Yes this is fine :) Aim to increase to 500 to 600 after a few weeks and if everything feels good.

Sounds a little quick possibly. Dont rush the jelq, make sure the blood is pushed through the penis well and the head swells up. Each jelq should take about 2 seconds once you are well practised at it.

Never jelq at more than 90% erect. Some erection is good and generally recommended here, tho other sites would disagree. As always, listen to your body and always stop if anything hurts. I generally jelq at 90% erect and have had only the known "safe" injuries such as red spots and blotches.

I would highly recommend the NEWBIE ROUTINE stuck at the top of the newbie forum. It is tried and tested and loads of people are on it so it is easy to get help with any questions :)

Measure as soon as possible, immediate small gains are fairly common.
