I am currently 26 years old and I have been reading around these forums for abit and I started Penis Enlargement 3 days ago,

All I am doing for Penis Enlargement at the moment is a 5 min warm up and then a 10 minute wet jelqing session, is this enough to get any gains?
I did try stretching aswell but I preferred the jelqing.


My curreny sizes:

BPenis EnlargementL : 6 inches
EG: 4 inches

I am hoping to get :

BPenis EnlargementL: 8 inches
EG: 5.5 inches

10 minutes sounds good for a start, but i think that as time goes on you will probably feel the need to do more to get more gains. i would also advise you to do stretches as well to maximize length gains.

do you recommend adding..... say....... 5 minutes every 2 weeks or so to my jelqing and add stretches in next week?

Im really determined to keep this up this time, because I started Penis Enlargement before but didnt keep it up for long.

i recommend that if it sounds good to you. you should do it by ear and just do what feels right cuz everyone is different...and as far as keepin up with Penis Enlargement goes, stay close to the board, for me it is encouraging and it helps to talk about things u may be unsure of. good luck

I did check out the newbie routine and I was going to follow it but I didnt like doing the stretching its mind numbing, so i decided to just do jelqing and kegels 2 days on 1 off.

About kegels......... I can only do the ones where I tense the PC muscle and release. Could you explain to me how you do the reversed ones I cant work it out :s

KEGEL=the muscle movement when you stop the flow of urine

REVERSE KEGEL=the muscle movement when you push the flow of urine

Welcome Heyda, just curios why you would omit stretches . They take a little to get used to but can help gain come faster. You should reconcider them.

Welcome to the boards man. I'm with the other guys, stretching can only help you in the long run, so why would you want to limit yourself on the possible gains that you could experience? I definately recommend a routine with both length and girth exercises. But if you don't feel comfortable with the stretches , then by all means, jelq away.

If you have any questions there's tons of knowledgeable people here who are willing to do anything in their power to help out. Best of luck to ya.
